I don't think they can suspend the shares just because they are raising funds. It could force people into bankruptcy because they can't access funds when they need to, due to a legitimate business practice. Surely it's best for insiders to simply comply with the rules, or for the FCA to enforce them when it seems manipulators are running the market instead of those who are supposed to?

I'm not sure people really understand how big West Newton appears to be. Because of this UJO need more available cash sitting in their bank account. The company can't get involved in any covert or overt propaganda. Everything must be RNS'd or nothing will be trusted. If the company want to give more information via RNS I would be all for it though, but you find CEO's/Chairman don't like what they consider unnecessary RNS's.
