Now 75m. Something is afoot.
My chart is saying 60m!
persimmon, is it true? Eco-bullies pay your wages?
persimmon has gone quiet. Just stop oil must have told him to keep quiet, he's driving the share price up.
deemule, I only made about £6k on NEW, but of course it was at the expense of other PI's who got their timing wrong. At the end of the day, the company folded and PI's lost a lot of money. DEFINATELY don't want that ilk at RBD.
Perhaps it's worth shareholders looking at the end days of Sefton if they think this development here is a win win.
Jimmy, it wouldn't surprise me, but I think perhaps persimmon is too tapped in the head to be part of a syndicate of professional market abusers.
The replacements may not have the confidence of ANY Nomad, so have to take the company private, then gradually strip the company assets while the remaining shareholders wave goodbye to their money. I'm more inclined to think this, than we'll have 4 knights in shining armour arrive.

'The Board notes that a number of the proposed new directors have a track record of exceptional value destruction in quoted oil and gas and resource companies. '
It would be nice to know who they are. I can think of a few that I wouldn't want anywhere near a company I'm interested in.
'idiot persimmon' has a certain resonance to it. I can't think of 'persimmon' without putting 'idiot' in front of it. You are the only 'idiot' anything.
Idiot persimmon. If I am selling any share I never say anything either way. I think it is wrong to. When I buy I very occasionally say so, but not often. I am ALWAYS honest, unlike you. I do not currently have any RBD shares, but I may buy some again soon.
I haven't got any RBD shares, idiot persimmon. I am just giving my honest opinion so you won't be taken seriously.
Unless they are working in partnership with other institutional investors, this takeover bid has no legs in my view, but asset stripping comes to mind, so AVOID. persimmon is just a clueless idiot.
dkok, I think today's RNS has probably nailed it.
'The Board of Reabold believes the motive of the requisitioning party is to opportunistically gain control of your company and its significant cash and assets, without paying a control premium. '
Idiot persimmon, as per usual. The company would legally have to issue the TR-1 when notified by the shareholder. So they obviously haven't been notified.
Deep and murky waters at RBD, Serif. I hope they don't extend here.
dkok, this is all exactly what I was thinking about Pershing. They must have recently loaded up without the purchases being made public, or failed to notify the company so they can issue a TR-1. Something stinks.
Yes, a lot of buying this morning. Nice to see.
VHB, that's been taken from the original RNS but presented out of context minus the 'facility' aspect of the loan, suggesting it has already been called on. As we all previously understood it's available should EOG wish to call on it, but it hasn't been called on as yet. I think David Bramhill needs to kick whoever operates the UJOplc twitter page up the arse, and tell them not to deceive UJO shareholders by stating interest is already accruing. It's not.
