@Hexam.
Exactly.
That's the main reason mm's force the price down.
Underwriters pick up cheap stock, and sit back whilst it rises.
The market is rigged against Pi's in favour of Ii's and mm's.
A big thanks from me Del for your efforts here. The regular sobering list, and for taking the time and effort to contact the company. Even if their response was the expected disappointment.
I'm aware others have written too, so my thanks are extended to those folks also.
Major let-down with the obscene lack of communication from the board, whilst they continue to draw large salaries and hide from discharging their responsibilities.
Thanks, once again, to all those pro-active folks here.
Hopefully we will win the day, eventually..... Certainly not shortly!!!
If they continue with existing rate of buybacks, they'll breach 10% around end of June.
So, i would imagine they'll cancel them in July.
Yes, JD who is 'we'.
Certainly not me. Nor many others.
Seriously has made some very eloquent and factually correct points.
I suspect Mr. Day was told at what price his corporate folks would buy in.
He had 6 months previously raised other money at 14.5p!!!
The jury is still out on whether Mr. Day can cut the mustard.
@AAppleton,
Share consolidation on 24th Feb.
What was 100, shares is now 10 shares.
What was £1, is now £10.
What was £100, is now £100.
Add in 6% fall in share price on Friday.
There you have it.
Hope that helps.
Well said Golitha.
An excellently worded summary.
Many journalists and 'financial guru's' would not have been as elegant in describing accurately the situation.
In fact, many of them would not recognise the situation!
With your accurate clarity, you should be writing professional articles.
P.S. Got any share tips!!
Struth,....... can you imagine Crooky and family holding there (their?) ground.
What hold Old Trafford.
That must seat about 70,000.
Crooky and family can't even properly manage a business that consists of little boxes seating about 250.
Can you just see them in charge at Old Trafford.
Mind you, Crooky and family are good at own goals, that'll please the Stretford End.
Agreed, sadly.
Wll share any response with you.
Hi gyroman,
I totally agree with your comments.
Very dis-appointed.
Whilst, i wasn't expecting the 20% increase in first 6 months.
More importantly the continual decline over last 12 months has been very painful.
I've no idea why that has occurred since Hydrogen is very much of the current time, and elsewhere has been ok in the market.
I've been thinking of writing to the executive of the company, but am only likely to receive a trite response.
Nice one, opulentia.
Not long to wait now.
Gentle SP movement up over next 6 weeks.
Then £5.32 pay-out.
Hi Del,
Yes, i agree.
The trouble with horizons is they remain the same distance away.
Maybe this beached share can eventually lumber into life.
As we know, communication is key.
The BoD here has lost the key, and the door is locked, bolted, and barred.
Meanwhile they continue to draw large salaries and, no doubt, rack up humungous professional fees.
