I think the share price will now start to drift now on no news until the end of this month. I can't see this going up to 2p just yet unless we get a positive update on the GS20 money exchange this month. I think that the SP will rise a week before the 11th May on anticipated good news about the Sandbox panel decision. GLA.

Please note that the date of the 11th May for the sandbox panel decision is not set in stone. If you look at FCA's past history they are very slow at getting things done. So don't be surprised if the decision isn't made until June/July..
I'm surprised not many on here are not talking about the GS Money Exchange. This has been in soft launch since November 2022, So hopefully we will get news soon.
I have been invested in GST and Helium 1 since May 2021 and have learnt holding these shares can be frustrating and not all the updates are positive.
I still think both GST and Helium 1 will do well this year. Good luck to all who are holding these shares.

A few people are predicting the next RNS date . We are still waiting for the update on the sandbox. Judging on the progress of previous accepted licences, I am not expecting anything for at least a month. If we get a positive update within a month I will treat it as a bonus. Also FCA are having issues with staff at the moment. Someone posted a link to it a few days ago. We just have to sit and wait for the news. Fingers and toes crossed :-)

Far too many impatient people on this BB. If you think how long it has taken GST to get approvals in the past, I would treat the Sandbox dates as guidelines and not a guaranteed date. Judging from past approvals I am confident that they will get the application accepted. You will just have to accept that progress will be very slow. If you cant accept this then best sell up and buy into different shares. I am holding and being patient.

I am just checking in seeing what is happening. I have been invested in this share since May 2021. I was here when we had the disappointment back in August last year. The next 4 to 6 weeks are crucial to there being a drill this year. It really is a case of sit and wait. Spending too much time on here second guessing and bickering is not going to help. I still think we will get a drill this year but we will find out one way or another soon.GLA.

You did not read my earlier message . I suggested top slicing pre drill, once we get the drill and the SP should go higher than it is now. I am certainly not selling my share right now. Good grief Ihave not posted on the boards for 2 months . I think I will leave it another few months before I post again : -(

I suggested top slicing . Leaving a small amount in is more sensible in my opinion than being all in hoping for a discovery. I guess its up to how much of a risk you are willing to take.

Only the board at Helium 1 knows what is actually going on. PIs are like mushrooms kept in the dark and fed all the brown stuff lol. Companies do not read these boards .Why should they? They have more important things to do.
Personally I think we still have a reasonable amount of time to get a drill. I think we will get one albeit at a higher price.
As for getting a discovery this year, the average chance per drill of success for a discovery for an oil company is around 30 per cent. Hopefully we could get 3 drills this year so the chance of getting at least 1 out of the 3 drills being a success is 66 per cent.
if you assume chance of success is 20 per cent for Helium1 per drill then the chance of getting at least 1 out of the 3 being a success is 48.8 per cent. The chance of all 3 being dusters is ( (0.8)**3) x100 =51.2 per cent.
I am happy to hold my shares in Helium1 but I acknowledge it is a risky investment. If you are happy stick with it do it. . If you are not get the hell out of it. Simple really.
i would advice selling some shares predrill for a profit and top slicing and only have a small amount left invested if you are confident of a discovery. A lot of people got caught out on ADV.
If this ends up a disaster and lots on here lose their money it could be worse . Things could be a lot worse. Think of what is happening to the poor souls in Ukraine. Its only money we are losing at the end of the day not are lives.

I am sorry if this may have spooked a few people here. The article is 5 weeks old but it explains why there is a delay with the application process. If you are prepared to wait its not a problem. The problem when people are waiting for news is that they tend to overthink and second guess Most of the time they make the wrong assumption. This is a waiting game...WAIT WAIT WAIT and maybe WAIT more :-)

Happy Dazes. I am invested with GST as well as Helium 1. I am not sure if Khalid is aware but GST are awaiting approve from the FCA for the aquisition of Angra ltd .Angra Ltd have an api licence. If approved then there will be a positive impact on the SP. The FCA states that it take 60 days to make a decision but being a Public company probably will take more time. That 60 day period has elapsed and investors are waiting on the outcome.

There is too much overthinking from some posters about what lies ahead for Helium1. I have been invested in Helium 1 since May last year and saw some of the over exuberance from posters during the drilling campaign. According to some posters DM went from hero to zero. My opinion is that it was a virgin drill and like all mining companies there are a lot of risks involved and its common to fail on the first drill. They have learnt a lot from it and I think with the experience and knowledge they are in a better position now than predrilling last year.
As for the interview , DM said there is an MOU with a rig provider. Some have said on here a about JV with a major but I would thought it would make more sense if they make a discovery before a JV .
I am cautiously excited about Helium 1 and hoping they will be successful. Its a binary share and is risky. In my opinion I think they will get a discovery (why would I invest otherwise?) . Lets see what happens and good luck to people holding this share. Waiting for those RNS in due course :-)

The 60 day rule includes working days. So if you work it out from 5th October then the last day is 30th or 31st December . Depends if you class 24th December as a working day or not. Would it be a change of control form Section 178 ? Correct me if I am wrong.

It would be lovely to buy an exploration share and after the first drill we get a discovery ,make loads of money etc. Some of the posters on here who have bought mining stocks have said that its uncommon to get a discovery on first drill. I am holding Helium one shares at a paper loss at the moment and Oriele shares( only 500 pounds worth) . I am still confident about Helium 1 and DM .My view is that they are not perfect but they are not con artists. I am happy to hold and see what happens next year. Exploration takes time and patience. So much negativity on here. Exploration is risky.Helium one have funding for more drilling and they said they will be doing more economic drilling for Phase 2. If you are holding on a paper loss like me and do not need to sell straight away just hold.A lot of people seem to be looking for a quick profit. I think its still early days for drilling and the next months up to summer 2022 should be interesting. If you are worried about this share best not look at the BB too often and the daily share price. My advice is to wait for updates from the BOD. There are still some good posters on here but the bb has been hijacked by the doom merchants again. Do not get involved with their noise.Sit patiently .I think we will get a discovery but it may take longer than people think. We have funding and I am sure we will still be drilling IF the first 4 drills do not get a discovery. This is exploration and has risk.. If you think Helium 1 is a good investment buy in ,if not do not buy. I do not understand people saying negative things about Helium 1 and not bought shares. I guess some people have too much time on their hands.Why not go outside and enjoy the summer rather than typing on a keyboards? Wallies. lol.
