Charles. If yoU are referring to the RNS of Morgan Stanley.If the holding is over a threshold (ie about 5%) they must disclose how many shares in the company.Any movements in the shareholding has to show an RNS.

Boohoos reputation will be restored.Its a matter of time and they are taking steps.

Jeff. As far as Im aware Pwc are still Boohoos auditors for the time being. I wouldn't be surprise me if it will take another month or two to get a new Auditor,But sooner the better.

Bruce. They believe in the illusion of peoples "power" in a BB when really its only an opinion of a small investor .But an opinion based on knowledge and common sense holds more water.

Ill explain it further. People who use this board are just Private investors.The likes of Morgan Stanley will not be paying attention to these boards. Why should they? The big financial institutions have a lot more influence on the SP compared to a few Private investors commenting on a board. They will probably have access to new updates before Private Investors. Private Investors are the last to know what is happening.

I think an RNS on the update will be a few days after the meeting with MPs on the 16th December.There may or may not be negative news from this meeting.I think the negative news is beginning to wane. If you look at the trading update in 2018 it was a week before xmas. Then you will have the January update to look forward to.

So much nonsense on this board today and at the weekend, I would say about 5 to 10 per cent of information on BBs are useful. The rest is just noise. DYOR. This old article makes sense. Investing and day trading are boring. You decide whats best for you and ignore the bull****.

Im finding there is a lot of NOISE on this BB atm . The best thing to do is count the number of messages in one given day, add up the number of messages that are of actual importance. I would say about 5 to 10 per cent of is actual useful. There are a few good posters who give good advice on this BB. The rest is just NOISE and dont react to it. iIm really looking until end of January atm. But long time I think this SP will grow. Boohoo sales in USA have increased.
Once Boohoo can sort out its compliance issues this will give confidence in Investors.Also I heard that if Boohoo ever gets listed in the FTSE 100 the SP will increase.I heard that when ASOS got listed in the FTSE the SP increased.
All sounds positive , I wish I had a crystal ball lol.

Both ASOS and AO down today. It will be a red finish of 2 per cent. Whats the big deal? I see an increase of SP from now till end of January. December update will probably be after the 16th Dec ( I stated this before 9am this morning),. I can see a drop in SP before the meeting. Hopefully a new auditor by the end of January and good results in January .So 3 positives and 1 potential negative. I wont predict the SP for the end of January as most predictions are wrong. Just say it will be higher than todays SP.

There is usually an update before xmas . I can see an update just after the 16th December meeting. I can see negative news from the press around that time. Would be wise to post results after that date.Maybe there will be news of a new auditor In a RNS . Lets see.

BOOHOO ISNT DEPESSING. I think he/she was referring to weather not Boo. I can see an increase in SP on December results and January results and appointment of an auditor . The downside will be the meeting on 16th December. So I see 3 positives against 1 negative.
The worst I can see is fall o;f up to 5 per cent relating to the meeting on the 16t December then a few days later the SP rises up due to overraction.
