Good evening CSDI my friend.
Just had my tea. Now it's time for my Netflix. Been watching a Turkish medieval times drama about the struggles of a Seljuk Turkish tribe against the crusaders and the Mongols. It started off quite interesting but then turned into over dramatic with too many prolong unnecessary scenes and also too many conspiracies. 5 series, each series contains more than 80 episodes one even got over 110 episodes. All got too political, although I love history, it's just getting too much for me. Therefore I have stopped watching it. Now I need to find some new stuff to watch.....hahahaha
Well yes, it's another Groundhog Day for my shares. Half up and half down; 5 blue 5 red. Total value would be about break even. Kind of losing interest now. Thinking of stop watching for a few days then come back to check and see if there will be any improvements.
If you don't see me posting here then you should know that I am temporarily offline........lol
Have a nice evening my friend.

Morning my friend.
Wow, I have no ideas how busy you are this time of the year. I am glad that I chose a lazy and easy job. Although I retired very poor, I managed to do it at 57! I have already enjoyed 13 years of retirement. Of course I can't afford much luxury stuff but I love living way this way. Therefore I am actually enjoying myself very much. I hope you will have a nice retirement when your time comes. You totally deserve it since you are working yourself so hard!
Markets-wise, needless to say, I had another disaster day, 8 reds 1 blue and 1 unchanged. Oh my, what a poor start to 2021! Today it looks a bit better so far. Our four sick dogs are all blue, what a change !! .....but for how long? Can it last or will it turn red at the end of the day?
As for my 3 risking shares, GGP stayed unchanged, TED was the only one blue but SYME continue to drift down. My last top-up now has turned red. I may have made a mistake but GGP was doing the same after I have bought it. So, I got to have a little faith here. As the saying goes:" Good things come to those who wait!"........ hahahaha
Have a great day my friend. Not long to go now before Jan 31 now, hope that you'll meet all your deadline my friend.
Right, it's time for my big mug of coffee.....lol

Good morning CSDI my friend.
The long weekend is over and we are back in action once again in less than 2 hours time. I know this is your busiest time of the year but I still hope that you had good breaks in between.
Markets-wise, it doesn't look too promising at the moment with the FTSE100 future currently down a bit. The oil is also down too. Apart from that, the bitcoin also had a bad weekend too. It has dropped quite a bit since last Friday closed. ARB probably will open down this morning....lol
Well anyway, I wish you will have a good start to your shares. Now, I am getting out of bed and make my big mug of coffee. Catch you up later.

Thank you for your feedback SadAct my friend. I did buy ARB but panicked and sold a few days ago. As for GGP, which I have bought last year(or maybe just before last year) with an average of 2.633p. Therefore I am in good profit at the moment but it seems that kind of run of steam right now. Like you said, it needs more news to propel the SP to the next level. As the matter of fact, I am still full of confidence that it still has plenty of legs and it's why I haven't sold a single shares yet, hoping that it can be double from here. So, I wish you(us) the very best and let's celebrate together when it has fulfilled our dreams one day......lol
Goodnight my friend.

Good evening, just what I was feared of. It was a total blood bath of my portfolio. The disaster week ended with huge losses for me and a terrible start to 2021!
How wonderful that your shares were bucking the trend and ended the week in positive territory. That's what I said that you are far more insightful than me. You managed to build a better portfolio that can out perform the markets. Very well done my friend. I am greedy with a get rich quick scheme and built a very poor and unbalanced portfolio, which consists of too many risky shares. That's how I keep on losing and under perform the markets for years but I still haven't learned a thing that I totally deserve it!!!.....lol
....But never, let's look forward to next week. Hope that the tide will turn..... hahahaha
Have a nice evening.....see you on Monday morning.

Hahahaha, mobile phones can do a lot of thing nowadays my friend. If you have an iPhone then you can do even more but I only got a cheap normal mobile bought almost three years ago. In fact it can do as much as a computer but only with a smaller screen. I used to play online games with it when I first bought it. Now, I am using it to do anything without turning on my desktop PC. As I have already told you that now I only use my PC once a year for self-assessment tax return.
Yup, it's another massacre to my portfolio today. Only SYME is blue(only for the time being). Most of my other shares are vomitting blood right now. Needless to say, our four bad behaving dogs are now quite sick. It's going to be a horrible day once again if the situation will not improve.....(crying emoji face)
Anyway, enjoy your work and hope that you will be able meet your deadline without any problems.

Sorry CSDI, I never followed Red Brace Brigade for I mostly use my mobile phone for trading, chatting and online shopping ect ect. Therefore I can only go up to page 4 with my not so up to date cheap old mobile. The thread Red Brace Brigade has already gone up to many pages. I can't read any of the new messages without turning on my desktop PC. I may have a look later and see what you guys were talking about.....lol

Good morning my friend.
Rise and shine. Good news from me today? I rather doubt it. It could be another blood bath for my shares. The FTSE100 is already showing 30 odd points in the red. All my sock dogs will probably start to throw up blood again right from the starting order. And oil is also in retreat too. So RDS will surely fall back after the highest closed yesterday since last June.
Lol yes, Mikey on VOD BB seems a bit too negative(just like me) but he should keep it to himself and not moan and whine too loudly all the time.... hahahaha
Anyway, don't overwork yourself. Also wish you and your shares will have a good day my friend. Tell me more good news later.
BTW, this thread has gone to page 4. I shall start episode 2 with my next post. So, look for the new episode please after this one....lol

Good evening my friend.
You were right. My GGP and SYME both have gone very naughty of late. They causing me a lot pain and worries. Particularly GGP because it a super-weight. Therefore it affects the whole of my portfolio. Needless to say I have underperformed the markets for these two bad behaving dogs were vomitting blood again today.
Also, I did not buy ARB back. It was a big mistake selling it. Oh my, perhaps we need to swap names. You are far more insightful than me. Should have my name and give yours to me and they would fit much better......lol
Instead, I spent half of my cash topped up SYME, hahahahaha. You should know what a stupid I was. Now I am definitely putting too much into one single AIM. Probably will cost me a lot later. Oh well, this is how I have lost a fortune in the stock market. It's not new anymore.
Nice to hear that your shares gave you joy today. Very well done my friend. Have a very good evening. Talk more soon.
ATB s-i-d-i
Good evening CSDI.
Yes, my portfolio enjoyed a small increase in total value as well but only just with 6 blue and 4 red. Only one of our bad dogs went down today, big improvement hey? ....lol
I did not buy back ARB. It's going to shoot up tomorrow because the SP went up quite a bit in the US after the markets closed here. In fact I still got the cash with me haven't bought anything yet. Will see what's on offer tomorrow then decide.
Good to hear that you portfolio also enjoyed the rise too but sorry to hear that Mrs CSDI isn't too well. I hope that she will get better soon.
Goodnight and sweet dreams.
ATB s-i-d-i
By the way, our four sick dogs must have taken the vaccine jabs. They aren't sick today. Let's hope that they can hold on until the end of the day.......lol
Morning my friend, ready for another day of uncertainty again. But let's hope it will be better than yesterday. We can't keep on losing everyday. This got to stop. Well, maybe it's time to have a green day for our portfolio. Wish you all the very best my friend.
Have a great day at work.....and time for my coffee now.
ATB s-i-d-i
Good evening my friend.
You were right. Another horrible day here too. Those three sick dogs or ours are still very sick. All fell heavily. I hope that they won't die on us......lol
Been following ARB all day. Thought I would buy it back when it fell below the price I sold yesterday. Was rather tempted but I eventually didn't press the button. The retraced bitcoin has recovered nearly half this morning but it fell back again this afternoon. Therefore ARB in the US is treading a little lower there at the moment. Will carry on monitoring it tomorrow if the SP here falls to even lower than today then I think I'll give it another go. I am really pathetic, aren't I ?......hahahaha
Have a nice evening and don't overwork yourself.

Good morning my friend.
Rise and shine. So, it seems that life is hard and busy this time of year being an accountant then hey? Am I right that you are an accountant?
I had an easy life compare to you. Had a fish shop since 1977. Sold it in 2007 and retired in the same year when I lost my wife. I used to work only 5 days a week. My shop's opening hours were very short. Tuesday to Thursday: 12:00-1:30 and 4:30-8:00; Friday to Saturday: 12:00-1:30 and 4:30-9:00. Therefore I got a lot of free time and got used to being very lazy all of my life. I became an online computer game junkie since I retired until over a year ago. That's was the reason why I lost over half of my pension pot because I have neglected my wealth management. I have recovered some of my losses and now my portfolio is only about 15% down. Few of my shares had gone sick because of the pandemic. The worst ones are RDSB, VOD, SLA, BARC and LLOYDS. The latter two were sold. Lucky I bought GGP by chance and reduces these sick dogs' losses. Now my GGP has run out of steam, also now GSK and NG have joined in the fall. If these sick dogs' are not going to get better soon then my portfolio will start to decline once again. Well, this is the risk I have to take when invest in shares. Let's hope 2021 will be a better year than 2020. This ungodly disease will be under full control. So that we can get back to our (new) normal life.
Anyway, time to get out of bed and make my mug of coffee then face the reality then hey? Have a nice morning and enjoy your day of work my friend. Tell me good news later.
ATB s-i-d-i
Yes, my friend, it was a total disaster here as well. I took a loss and got out of ARB but overall I still made £200 of profit, mainly because my last disposal from last Friday with more profit than today's losses. Needless to say, elsewhere of portfolio took another pounding hard today. Therefore, another blood red day for me.
Sorry to hear that you had a bad day too but never mind, nothing goes up in straight line. We have bad days and good days. Today is a bad day and that's it.
Enjoy the rest of the day my friend and cheer up.....lol
ATB s-i-d-i
Early indication shows that three of our bad behaving dogs are still misbehaving!! But ARB is not doing quite as bad as I have feared. Also my other two speculaters: GGP and SYME are blue to start the day, which will ease my pain a little bit. Now I hope that the bitcoin will recover and so will ARB. Wish me luck my friend.....
ATB s-i-d-i
Good morning my friend.
Gosh, it's going to be a bad day for me. Bitcoin dropped more than $8k from its peak since last Friday. ARB will be free falling when the markets open. I am really feeling very nervous now but what can I do? It's the consequence I have face for my greed.
Got to get out of bed early and make an extra large mug of coffee first and wait for my punishment for being greedy then......lol
I hope you will have a better day my friend. Talk again soon.
ATB s-i-d-i
Oh, and I got enough milk also will go shopping later today.....hahahaha
Good morning my friend.
So, tomorrow will be Monday again hey? Been reading the ARB BB and found that this share is all speculation and uncertainties plus a lot to do with the price of bitcoin. I think it will be a roller coaster ride come tomorrow. I think it is not too good for my weak heart but it's a bit too late now to regret now since I am already in it......lol
As for RDSB,GSK, NG and VOD, four bad behaving dogs, which we both own. Maybe I have to blame you for jinxing them.....hahahaha only joking, it actually has all to do with out of date and out of favour really. More and more investors go for new industries, companies with better future and gradually abandon the old ones. The reason we still hang on to them is because the attraction of their dividend yield. Perhaps we need to rethink again and change our stretagy from earnings to growth. Well, this is just a thought. I might be wrong.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend and talk again tomorrow.
ATB s-i-d-i
Good evening my friend.
I have bought ARB back with an extra 1300 shares. hehe...
That's me, leopard never changes its spots. I always succumb to my greed. Let's hope that I won't have to go through the same ordeal again. So, wish me luck.
Overall the situation with portfolio remained the same all day, blood red everywhere! I hope yours did better than mine.
Catch you up on Monday morning. Have a nice weekend.
