I don’t think they have actually demo’d the ‘market ready’ rear view mirror yet, this will be good for us if they do it at CES and they will be putting us out there too due to the strong ties and share holding.

I was only making a comparison to the fact they are aware that engineers/key personnel are scarce and need to try and hold onto them with what ever means they see fit, so not a direct comparison at all.

Given the current situation of being the most advanced DMS and OMS company in the world, you have to realise it didn’t just happen itself, the team involved in winning all these contracts and further RFQs have all contributed to this, I for one don’t want to loose any of them and also want to see the company as a great place for talent to come to, this is a massively hot area right now where a lot of head hunting will be going on offering very good packages to experienced people.
It’s not freebies, the fruits of their labour is finally bearing fruit.
