We are the the most cost effective solution out there, dual sourcing for VW will be from Magna and maybe Bosch DMS using seeing machines.

There is an outside chance that when the contracts are signed investors may value the company on the fact there is 1bn worth of contracts over 5-7years and when using the old 'if I bought this company what would it be worth?' It looks very undervalued when taking all the other parts of the business into consideration.

You have a corporate action tab on your account, your broker will contact you to say there is a corporate action for you which will be the vote, when you vote yes you agree to your shares being sold and it will be automatic when the time comes

If you don’t sell you shares in the event of a T/O they are worthless as the company wont exist
