I’m not comparing this to a shop, its an investment like a shop is an investment to someone, if that shop owner was selling ice to the eskimos and wanted to build an extension, but he wasn’t selling any ice he would struggle to get anymore money would he not? Or would he say “ na global warming mate trust me next year they’ll all be wanting ice , we need an extension “ thats what this is like, na next year all the cars will have the magna mirror and all the trucks will have G3…..blah

No, maybe this company needs to start selling the products they have spent $hundreds of millions, developing and give the investors a return.

We have trusted them with our money and all they’ve done is keep asking for more and shifting the finishing line, are they developing G4 now and more features for the automotive offerings to try and get the OEMs to buy? It will be interesting to see what they say about cash burn this year

The fact the cheap DMS is annoying and isn’t what anyone wants to put up with doesn’t seem to be deterring the OEMS, they’re just fitting it anyway and will try and iron out the problems in the years to come.

The 2m cars we have are mostly lvl2.5/3 top of the range 40k+ cars, where are all the contracts going forward? If the mirror is as good as they say, where are the contracts? If we do get the contracts is everything just obsolete? Nothing we have made has made a return on the time and money spent on it. If I spend 200,000 on a shop I need to sell 200,000 worth of goods to recoup that invest (in simple terms) where is all the money we have invested and how will it be returned? It is that simple, you develop a product sell it, improve it, sell more and make a profit?? G3??? It’s over engineered, no one wants it, they want the bare minimum obviously as there are no sales, we (the investors) have no return on investment.

I seen a presentation by Steve Jobs about how the company nearly went bust, it was because they were developing all these cool things, spending fortunes on R and D, but no one wanted or needed them, the reason that they have become so successful is they make what the customers want, reverse engineering basically. I feel this company has loads of products that we have paid for and is basically a vanity project about “look what we can do” we have loads of stuff that people aren’t buying which isn’t a good investment of our time and money (its took me loads of time to earn the money I have invested that’s for sure) lucky for them we have been there to pay for it all.

I remember all those years ago when Toyota was speaking about team mate and of course they were working with us for the DMS, another definite cos we’re the best, turns out they don’t want the best.

There’s always someone worse off, loads are under water to the tune of 50% + including large institutional investors.

Totally get the frustration, the information we are given gets everyone looking forward to a rise in the share price and that just isn’t happening. All wwe get are collaborations, licenses and a few fleets saying it’s life saving technology. Its just not setting the world alight as predicted.

With the contracts we have now we should get into double figures again after 2026 if nothing else happens. I think a lot of PI’s will drastic reduce their holding then, I definitely won’t miss 12p this time, priorities have changed a lot in the last 6 years.

They claimed to have DMS before but it didn’t perform now they have added illumination doesn’t mean it’s gonna pass muster with ncap. It’s a reaction to the regulations thats all.

No chance the mirror is out in the wild with no fanfare of pioneering technology or of CB not knowing anything about it .

I'm no expert but the first time the mirror is installed it was be a showcase moment with all the bells and whistles with reviews of magnificence assuming it is all we are led to believe it is

Imagine if it was 18p of a buyout? 3.5x the current sp, not too shabby some might say.

Oh sorry, I never worded that right, I meant DMS specifically being it is the year of DMS and we’re 9 months into it and our DMS specifically, specifically the Magna mirror as it went into production 6 months ago cos that’s what I’m looking for really, not lane departure or cruise control, park assistance etc

This has to be a new model of car not a refresh as all the features that we spent years developing for it wouldn’t be getting used and isn’t cost effective for a 3 year run.
