Well thats the best I have felt reading a placing RNS, normally I am sick to the stomach, today my reaction was, thats not bad makes sense.

I am very interested to hear who the US investor is who is taking 10% above my average price

its no wonder Seeing Machines have shifted their focus to Aviation

seeingm, Seeing Machines are now up against much bigger competition than when you last posted, I like Seeing Machines but even I think they will struggle to compete with Qualcomm Snapdragon, Fovio and Occula. So its hard times atm.

Bogyo, some evidence to back up your A$20m very good, I can agree with the handsome poster who mentioned the CAT deal.

We also have the (first) global semiconductor license deal MOU.

So nobody on here knows if A$20m is reasonable, let see how it lands. but Aviation and Chip License is all upside as not in any forecast or broker Target Price

G, but then seconds later you posted that the MOU was "very promising and good news", are you being sarcastic with yourself.

You are better than that Glandore, why is it very promising and good news?, I saw nothing in that RNS that was good news, how do you know we don't need to pay L3harris to be a licensee and we may need a placing at 1.5p to raise the cash to pay for that placing, really surprised and disappointed in you. I will use some quotes below from. a well researched and respected poster as they apply to your super duper rampy ramp ramp.

I have heard a rumour that SEYE have signed a license deal with L3harris for full flight simulators, todays MOU from SM is just an act of desperation.

L3 were about to sign with SM and then Viktor rang them and they turned.

Close but no cigar

Todays RNS is a license deal as was the Chip co MOU, so I would expect it will be similar to the CAT deal, ie upfront cash for the license and then royalties (recurring revenue ) per unit. This is the ARM model in action, cash upfront and recurring revenue with little or no costs, the cost is the R&D we paid for over the years. This is SM creating revenue streams from its IP, genius.

The CAT deal came with circa A$22m cash upfront, just for context, announced the week before our final results way back in the year 2015

"The MOU frames the intent to enter into a global non-exclusive license agreement to collaborate to enhance pilot training technology with the Company's dedicated precision eye-tracking system for flight crew training in the full flight simulator (FFS) environment."

Numpyti, I also remember the A$125k per unit for our tech in sims, I looked at the Dec 18 RNS and no value mentioned so it was probably an interview around that time.

The license deal would cover,
- new ffs
- retrofit to existing

A$125k discounted for volume, x% upfront and a royalty per unit of maybe 10-15% (CAT deal), I get to a big number for upfront.

Lets keep things really simple, we have 2 announced MOU on license deals, I will assume both are closed this financial year and the combined upfront just from these 2 MOU will take us to profit and funded forever.

The only number I have for FY21 is Cenkos which shows a loss of A$22m, so I think better cost management, improved fleet terms, and these license deals will get us to profit in FY21.
