Right my take in easy to understand terms :
Using a football analogy ok.A top player is up for sale
We have 3 clubs interested (so the price will be good ,bidders yeah?)
Team A offers 5mill plus an extra 10 mill if their team stays up .
Team B offers 10 mill now as downpayment and another 10 million at the end of the season .
Team C offers 17.5 million now .
Which deal do you take ??Or do you wait for a better deal ??Another team bidding ?

I dont condone the Capitol riots ,even though i am sceptical about some of the actors involved.
