It is not only the cost difference between buying an EV versus a petrol car/van ,the average cost of a new battery is over £7 k according to this link,so for most people you have to weigh up future costs etc.Sorry but it is petrol all the way for me and many others .....

And as for the EV debacle ,i am sure all the people that think or want an EV for whatever reason have bought one so the demand is plummeting now as the majority prefer /find it cheaper to get a petrol car or van( but the left wing /green zealots want to force people to buy them ) ,so lets fine the manufacturers for not selling enough EV ,s .Stupid economics from stupid politicians .
