Tro i agree the debt levels worldwide are staggering ,i am no fan of debt run countries to keep governments in power believe me ,eventually you sow what you reap and that applies to all countries ,and all parties who go down that road.Debt is the mother of all evils ,and wasting money on debt repayments that balloon out of control is even worse .

Only buy what you can afford is my motto ,preferably in cash !

3 months ago it was bobbling around .06-.07 ,everyone was anticipating Semnet news so it started to move,but the Cake deal came out of the blue so it was extra on top ,thats why it is being rerated imo.
