Trouble also is the banks want too much in interest and fees to make it wothwhile at the mo,spoke to our manager last month offered me 6.2% interest and an arrangement fee of circa 2% told him wasnt interested ,rather sell some shares LOL,if good creditors like me would get shafted then there is no hope for many others,vicious circle at the mo coz i would not lend to a lot of people who want to borrow at the moment,but the good guys are getting tared with the same brush !! If Labour get in then god help us i think i might sell up and move to France !!

In your line of business how are things ?? For me at the mo things are not looking as rosy as the media aka the idiot Brown and Darling are trying to portray,i am seriously looking at going to 75% + cash in the next few weeks,think that the next dip is on the way! Not being pessimistic just realistic ,big price increases lined up for april as well from suppliers and manufacturers,hence even less money to spend and inflation on top of squeezes on the profit line !

Serios question though ,what do you you think of the markets at the mo ?? Monster overbought ?Double dip?Bullrun? or even bull**** !!

Played crnd before very hard share to work out,something not quite right there,took a hit on Ldp and would not touch with a barge pole another bad share for the p.i ,get messed around big time by the mms ,probably go anddouble now i have said that LOL ,are you in KEA ? got in last week still looks good at the mo !

Was going to buy tsw yesterday then i read a post by whizzkid or some one saying it might go down a bit more coz of llods selling i think and decided to wait :-( then of course this morn bam................. too late i will not buy unless it retraces my new strict dicipline on shares is the motto,there are always new opps !! Been watching this waiting for a breakout confirmation coz i dont like the graph !,just my opinion,sliced 2 k off TXR left 3 k in there:-)
