The leasing company OSX-3 Leasing BV can buy the whole Tubarao Martelo field as an option for $1, so why would anyone want to discuss a farm in with Dommo?

This conundrum lies within entities registered in the Cayman Islands IMO... Settlement Shareco LP ( which one Brazilian chap said MFDEVCo was a partner) and Enco Resources Ltd, which has marketing rights to re-assign the OSX-3, given by Nordic Trustee. Between them they can carve it up out of public sight. More complicated than a Gordian Knot

If a public listed company like Dommo, with all its troubles, was discussing a field equity farm in for Tubarao Martelo, and had opened a data room to allow MFDEVCO to conduct due diligence, that would have to be reported to its shareholders as a material fact, IMO

For that reason, I do not think field equity is on the table, whatever else might or might not be going on.

It looks like Dommo has not acquiesced and will seek to annul the BS-4 expulsion decision in an evidence phase at LCIA and test its validity under Brazilian law. So it could roll on for some time. I am not sure it is game over for DOMMO and the Atlanta field just yet. The DOMMO share price is holding up.

This has nothing directly to do with the OSX -3 anyway, where a different legal process is underway by Nordic Trustee to sell or re-assign the lease of the vessel, over which they have security, and that has been allowed by a Brazilian court. That is where NUOG interest may possibly reside.

I don't regard a tweet congratulating Aker as evidence of anything. The evidence of the deal potentially not progressing is the silence. The company never admits failure of anything and that gives silence a contextual meaning.

Minty needing a success and Minty getting one are two different things. He said in his last statement that concluding commercial terms in Brazil was his current priority, but that was 3 months ago, and he still hasn't done it. Eventually one wonders if it is all beyond his ability.

Many here thought Barryroe in Celtic Sea was also a project, until one of the consortium members (COSL) walked off with it by themselves. Why does Aker need Minty? They could redevelop TM by themselves.

He is running out of rope with all this silence. He does not own the bloody company and he has not contributed a significant amount of the capital, even if he did sell his holiday home in North Wales to help out.

This Brazil opportunity has been 15 months in the making. No amount of due diligence takes that long, but intransigence knows no ending.
