All of that will be correct , none of it aligns with the new website. Retail investors ought to be able to put faith in the website as being a source of correct information . It is shoddy work.

John, that SEC form states that someone else entirely is the General Partner. Viz BOAGF GP LLC.

I agree that the website needs a lot of work

Reabold has no working interest in the West Newton licence block. They hold shares in Rathlin. So it's not correct to assign a percentage working interest to them.

I am not keen on the new website because it looks a bit amateurish. However, it contains statements which really do need to be clarified by the Company.

Under menu option “The Fund” it says “Black Oak Alpha Growth Fund - managed by Alpha Growth PLC”. However, the RNS of 30 April 2019 says “Alpha Longevity Management Limited ("ALM", a wholly owned subsidiary of Alpha and a BVI FSC approved investment manager) in partnership with SLIM are the exclusive Managers to BOAGF. Which is correct? Has SL Investment Management been eased out?

Under menu option “About us”, it says that Gobind Sahney and Danny Swick are the General Partners of Black Oak Alpha Growth Fund LP. However, the prospectus says that “ALM is a General Partner of the Limited Partnership, as is SLIM.” So, who are the general partners?

Why does this matter? Because the RNS of 30th April says “Both the management and performance fees will be received by the General Partners.” Given that BOAGF is a Cayman Island operation, there is nothing in the public domain about who really are the general partners. That matters because if GS and DS are now the general partners, nothing will ever accrue to ALGW, it will go to them.

Honesty goes to the heart of this stock, and better public transparency will help here.

I didn't think it ever was. Coro Europe is a far more likely RTO, given recent corporate actions there recently. The open exploration round in Cuba might be a different story though.

I hear that all shareholders will be given Lynx Africa box sets at the AGM to help remove the stench of Minty from their holdings.

If they don't come his way, which way are they going? It's a court case at the centre of this and it could land here.

Reading Minty's letter to NUOG, it seems to me that there is a "shareholder agreement" in place between Enegi Oil Inc and NUOG, which has never been disclosed publicly, but shifts all liability for Canadian creditors and obligations to the Province of NFL onto NUOG, the UK based plc.

It seems that Minty and Pegram have resigned from Enegi Oil Inc but the NFL records do not reflect that yet. If true then there would have to be a general meeting of shareholders (ie NUOG) to appoint new directors. Who the "f" would accept that in the light of the court claim being pursued by the contractors PVF Energy Services? In the meantime Minty and Pegram are acting in some legacy capacity even though they have resigned.

It is a dog's breakfast of the first order, and it is no surprise that the new directors have not responded. Minty has gone public with it and threatening to write to the NOMAD.

It is hard to see how this is still a cash shell. There has been insufficient due diligence by the new team and perhaps Scotton and Jackson sold them a pup.

It seems that Enegi Oil Inc has publicly repudiated the content of NUOG RNS of 21 October, which states NUOG has no further claim or call on Enegi.

As a minimum the company must respond formally, because it brings into question its "cash shell" status

I don't like the look of this. C4 team have slipped on a banana skin by not reading the law of NFL correctly. I had believed Minty must have agreed to the donation. Obviously not and now wants more revenge.

They all share the same office but not talking to each other. Not good.

Why are top ups always "cheeky" and why is it "rude not to"? Where is the investing theory behind those?
