Today’s RNS is not portraying the company in a good light and anything black rock is involved in will hurt. As I have said before blackrock will want a pound of flesh plus some, they are ruthless and don’t care about anyone!
The RNS is poor in as much that MM needs to supply more information in support of his actions, especially now in light of the poor Q2 figures. In this one he states the money will be used to upgrade / fix the problems at La Parilla, let’s have some details and facts, not the usual bull.....!

Safety, I understand the fact that you are not a mining expert but can the stone with low extraction rates be re-processed to retrieve what was missed?

GIT, my concern is that the ROM for Q1 and Q2 were similar, and understandable as both quarters had issues, Q1 with equipment upgrades and Q2 with coronavirus shut down, albeit with debatable timelines. The thing that really sticks out is that the extraction rate in Q2 was half of that in Q1, why? Was this equipment related or were they just mining dirt? MM really needs to get a grip of this and provide clear and concise reasons behind the poor performance.

It arises some very important questions about the integrity of MM, hence the reason that the Markets don’t trust him.

Personally, once this gets the elusive signature a 5p buyout would be acceptable to most, and that would make me happy after all here years.

Nmh19, I entirely agree with your point, how can an update issue in June be that far away from Q2 results? This really does stink, and a poor reflection on MM.

The board of Aminex has now completely changed and I am certain now that ARA are calling the shots. It all feels like it is coming to a head, what this means for shareholders is not yet known but it doesn’t feel good at the moment. There has certainly been a difference of opinion amongst staff. Time will tell!

Payment in kind, suggests something else to me, but happy to be proved wrong. One thing I am certain of is that Blackrock are ruthless and whenever they are involved it proves to be costly, they will want a pound of flesh plus some!

Once again MM has managed to over promise and under deliver. It can only be described as a poor quarter, and miles away from the hype given at the end of Q1. However, it is what it is and we can only look forward. I personally think that in order to rebuild confidence in the company and SP, we need MM to publish monthly figures going forward. If I were managing this I would want daily figures from all aspects of the operation, until I could satisfy myself that all was well. Would anyone be so kind as to provide me with MM email address? He needs to know and the more people that tell him the better off we might be.

Northern, sadly nothing to bolster the immediate share price. They just need to keep producing the goods and making a profit, and perhaps a steady rise over time will follow.

Yes, it’s cheap money and gives him some headroom, but in terms of the overall picture £1.5m or thereabouts is nothing compared to what we should be making, hence the question to MM, why?

It would be nice to understand the rationale behind these additional loans.
