Potnak, you didn't miss anything, pretty much the same as last year, same frustrations. Waiting for data as SP will be data driven apparently! shareholder value not understood by the BOD, communication and wider publicity also not understood by the BOD. what the hell are the brokers and nomad doing, god only knows. 1801 taking priority over everything else ATM.
I have concluded that SRA 737 has no value, they have all of the data from trials and no interest that they know of. One compound down and 2 to go. They have 12 months to sort this out now, otherwise I think the BOD is in big trouble.
ICB888, I agree with much of your post, current govt are much better and some progress has been made. I see it as a chicken and egg scenario for AEX, why would a rig and additional long lead items be ordered without a confirmed/signed GSA, let alone a delivery pipeline. All of this leads to additional delays. The constant misleading and overly optimistic messaging from AEX/ARA is unhelpful, let’s call a spade a spade, just for once. I too have held for many years and continue to do so, there is a future for this, but how long is that piece of string?
Tanz, while I don't want AEX to fail there are some good points raised by others on here. The delays are verging on criminal and corrupt!
it would be good to have some decent news before Xmas but im not holding my breath.
Shepster, I very much doubt that you will hear anything at the AGM that drives the SP north of where we are. I have listened for years and heard them speak many times of shareholder value, and each year we are disappointed as it never seems to be achieved. It is only the science that keeps me here but i now worry about the competition hotting up with many more candidates/competitors looking at this space. The time is ticking, fortunately trials take time for everyone and they can't be rushed.
GLA at the AGM, as always hoping for some light at the end of this very long and dark tunnel.
Thanks GlenFidrich, I think that the RF involvement with any company is a weight around their neck, and SP will behave in a similar manner in all cases.
On a plus side the trials with 1801 seem to be going well which bodes well for 1802 too.
I'm sure that once RF disappear from the equation things will return to normal.
I don't know if i'm right or wrong but surely an RNS would be released for additional shares issued to RF either for top up shares or the next tranche of the 300K loan.
Does anyone know if this is a financial requirement?
the fact that no RNS has been issued suggests that the original RF shares haven't been sold so a top up number is not yet known. However toe latest 300k loan is a mystery!
Brightly, sixth element haven’t even updated their website to confirm the return of SRA 737 so I have very little confidence in them progressing any potential deal. Worthless! (Sadly)
Armed with this information you can see how easy it should be for Sareum to have constructive conversations with all of these potential partners/licencees or buyers. The future does look very bright despite the current SP and finance turmoil.
GLA and thanks Brighty
Ladies, Gents, get ready for the bumpy ride over the next 12 months. we are about to get the next tranche of funds from RF this month (300k) and then another in Feb 24 which the board have already committed too. This will add a large number of shares to the RF portfolio and that along with subscription shares will of course result in a further SP slide.
while in many respects the SP is irrelevant, i am sure that like me a number of investors are now underwater (not good). hopefully the long term gain will be worth the current pain.
GLA
I wonder how many top up shares SAR will have to give RF? I expect that they will have to issue an RNS when the figure is known.
I'm expecting a rather large number considering the price that they are selling at. GRRRRRRR
HBD,
Firstly have a look at the Sixth Element LLP website and in particular chk1, no progress or updates since 2022 , let alone any mention of the return to CPF/ Sareum. I therefore conclude that they are inactive.
I don’t expect a list of conversations with prospective partners, but I do expect the bod to be proactive on all fronts to support their own business model but I can’t see any evidence to support that, hence the problem. I do however see evidence of scientific progress.
The strategy outlined by the BOD is beginning to concern me. We have 2 clinical stage drugs and 1 preclinical, you would have thought that some kind of activity promoting these drugs would be in the public domain. In addition to this, it is also disappointing that the CPF/Sixth Element Captial are doing sweet fa with 737, just have a look at their website for an example. While I have faith in the science, I am not happy with the overall business acumen.
