It is me... Believe me I enjoyed reading the conspiracy theories about algos, codes etc. Aber thanks for reacting on the first trade. I had expected it by the third. You didn't let me down! I am a very long term holder (since 2006) and am expecting decent news in the coming weeks and was triggered into buying by he director wife move last week. I had decided to not pay above 0.0085 today so was hovering at 2.30pm but stuck to my price strategy as i could only get 87.5 offered. Rather pleased that I averaged 83.72. I will buy more if it dips again, so no Andy, I have not run out of money! Also I would add I was able to buy all electronically (none negotiated) through the reliable Selftrade platfrom. Glad to have provided some interest, fun and discussion today with my 111111, 222222 ruse... Good luck all. S
Whilst I expect news on other fronts quite soon, I warn against getting too excited about Sareum deadlines. I quote from the 2006 Annual Report: “We aim to have a candidate molecule ready to enter pre-clinical development by this time next year.". Chairman Harper dated 4 September 2006. Candidate nomination for CHK1 was announced on 15 August 2011...
I think we will have news on a milestone soon and as it is entirely separate to Sareum in terms of knowledge of the progress (if not the triggers), the wife purchase last week is irrelevant in terms of the timing. tim has made it clear on a number of occasions that he discovered Sierra news more or less at the same time as the market. and I believe him. S
about how the purchase may indicate the imminency of positive news, think about what it means for the lack of downside news risk. All we need now is for Ms Parker a) buy some more and b) buy some gaffer tape to put over her husband's mouth when he starts foaming about Brexit...S
So we are unchanged and may end up on the day. The move around the middle of the day was a helpful flush out of the moaners, whingers and those converted into weak longs. Less hindrance for when the news hits and the jump occurs. S
The BOD to wait to see how the share price behaves after payment of the milestone and then consider raising further funds. If the milestone is small, say $2-4mn they would likely get some out around 1p. If the milestone is larger, say $4-8mn, the share price would probably jump to at least 1.5p and then settle down sub that price which could be attractive. Of course if the milestone is larger, say >$8mn the need to issue diminishes but the share price reaction is likely to be larger and make issuing too tempting. Time will tell...S
