for what it's worth I think this investment will make interested pharma anxious. They had probably been waiting for Sareum to run out of cash and then snap up the compounds. I see this as accelerating the takeover timetable. S
I think it's fair to assume that Sareum will soon have to declare they have been approached. They have done this before albeit when the firm was in its infancy and had a quite different business model: http://www.sareum.com/news/press-releases-and-news/2005/statement-regarding/

Needless to say he's happy about the rerate. He expects the price to range 5-8p until the next development on TYK2 (not the Covid stuff) comes which he expects by the end of Q3. He still thinks there's a better than evens chance of a full TO this calendar year.
Don't forget to review these regularly. Many brokers force you to set expiry dates. Given the increasingly positive outlook I have this morning refreshed mine pushing out the expiry date (3 months) and raising the levels. This also leaves the market makers with less obvious stock on offer at cheaper levels. Good luck all. S
Del. Still very much involved both personally and also two close bigger investor friends who remain significant holders too. They, as I, have been very impressed with the price action over the past 6 months. One added today whole I took some profit on some I bought at about 1.80p in early March. Two of the three of us, including me, prefer the T/O route though in my case it's driven by the laziness of not having to try to trade out as I did back in Feb 2011 which was more by luck than judgment. I think we will have to see some substance (soon) in terms of news to hold above 3p for more than a few days. The ever present threat of a fund raising is a risk with Sareum and I'm sure Tim and John must be sorely tempted. Good luck all. S
Having been invested in Sareum since its birth in 2005 I find this delay puzzling. Sareum's balance sheet is something a first year accountancy student could draw up in an afternoon. So the detail in the research report must be what is holding them up. That or it is just laziness, but that is not something Tim has demonstrated in the past. We can all speculate as to what is behind the delay but I find it in the very least "intriguing". S
