They might still be a bit punch-drunk after the last hammering they got from the shareholders, and thinking twice about giving everybody another opportunity.
As you suggest, it might be because they're doing something construction about it.
Anything over 5.5p and I break even, even though I'll probably feel a bit robbed.

I find it somewhat difficult to believe that a major shareholder had not communicated their intention to sell such a significant percentage of their holding to the company either before or during the 17-months it took. Shows what I know.

Longfell - I've sold at 7.14p and the shares were bought at 3.19p. I'm no mathematician but I'm sure I'm not losing. Thanks for the lesson in not getting too smug though.

I must confess that I'm having a little punt on a drop. My SIPP shares are as safe as houses, but the handful I held in my share account have just been flogged today in the expectation of a tricky month ahead. I see a slow-motion crash going on in the wider markets as well as the Nickel drop and sentiment here rattled. Spicing up life with a bit of a gamble that I can buy back in cheaper after Easter. All the fun of the fair!

Just spooned through a thick soup of legalese. So it's mostly about making is cheaper & easier to dilute for the purpose of raising funds. I suppose that's better than making it more expensive & difficult to dilute for the purpose of raising funds. So be it.
