D220 - At least it's all quite sedate while we wait. Agree the drifting SP is sub-optimal but it's relatively immaterial if holding.
I sold a dog-share at a loss to buy back in here in my trading acc at the beginning of last month even though I expected a delay in financing news (expecting the worst but hoping for the best). Can't believe that dawn isn't too far away now..

SH - I see another possibility; RNS issued to advise that an offer has been rejected, SP tanks and II's fill their boots, then 2 weeks later another RNS to say an improved deal has been accepted. It could be a roller-coaster from here IMO.

Another 13-week window, but we knew there'd be some delay.
You'd think/hope that if the banks had committed, then they'd be interested in getting their money loaned out & working for them ASAP.

CJ - With respect, the RNS of 25th Feb 2021 says;
"Order book double the level as at the same time last year driven by IoT markets. Customer demand building. Potential demand already exceeds annual capacity"
So we either borrow to increase capacity or sub the work out. QC & cost control would suggest the former, perhaps IMO

Brisk - As I recall, JM said that their "aim" was to complete finance by end H1, but he laced his comment with caveats from which I concluded that he really knew it wouldn't happen on time.
I "aim" to win the lottery tonight, but there are certain factors outside of my control that may have a bearing on that..
