The issue of 4m new shares. Looking at the total , I guess it won't negatively affect the sp a great deal, but can we see anything bullish about the timing?

I also topped up my meagre holding to bring my average to a nudge under 10p.

My cynical view is that this is all a ruse to shake out PI's, as the coming peaks & troughs will continue to do. Once the II's hold a critical mass they will lean on their political pawns and the skies will clear.
