Rocketing up into the 17s now. Buyers will start to notice. Something has turned around here.

Starting to move now and breaking out of this range.

The last couple of weeks were one of the biggest tree shakes I've seen in Solg, knocking out stop-losses and frightening the weaker investors away. 13p was tge absolute capitulation point. All on very low volume.

The question was why?

Might be about to find out.

Last chance to get in under 20p coming soon. Once the hype starts this baby is gonna start puffing its way back- up to 40p. Its deja vu all over again and all wanted is just a tiny bit of news and it's full steam ahead.

Pity those poor baskets on the sidelines still waiting for 10p. We are ridiculously undervalued and this is going to snap back into the 20s and 30s very quickly once movementnin the right direction gathers momentum.

I almost fainted when I saw the T for trillion when I looked that up. Didn't realise the yen was so small change.

BUT -

According to my maths then, that makes them a £31Billion company. Interested in us.

What an absolute bargain we must now look to any interested party.

This could be back in the 30s in no time.

I expect the TA analysts to turn up any day now to declare that the charts predicted this.

Anyone got an MCAP figure in £ for this company?

I think they have just fired the starting pistol.

Anyone who wants a piece of us better get their cash on the table quick.

This could easily rocket from here back into the 20s.

Apart from the obvious political incorrectness - I think too many of you are old enough to remember WW2, perhaps you were mistreated in Burma or something? - this is excellent news.

Despite our difficult position though, we are still absolutely undervalued at the moment, and i wouldnt discount the possibility of a cheeky lowball bid. Whether it's taken seriously or not, it would certainly bring this party back to life.

Relatively strong finish today - first positive day, it feels, in weeks - and hopefully a sign of a climb back towards 20p starting next week.

Spot on Red. Capitulation. Made worse by the latest "financial crisis", yes, but I think we've just seen a massive treeshake based on very little volume this past week or so. But why? That's the question.

No one can say investing in SOLG is boring. The dizzying highs, the terrifying lows. The possibility of a life changing bid. And - most of all - waiting for Slug's next incarnation, somehow worse and more offensive than the last.

I'm beginning to get more hopeful again of a incoming bid - though I promise not to beat the drum every day for it. Just got the feeling something is beginning to stir in the background... if not a bid, something. We could do with a rabbit out of the hat right now.

I feel for all you whizzkids who were waiting for 10p or at least just a penny less as "this has further to fall". That's where greed gets you.

Onwards and upwards from here lads. Negativity, like optimism, runs out of fuel eventually. The BoD may not be a world class asset, but what we are sitting on certainly is.

It's easy to quote the old "buy when there's blood on the street" maxim when it isn't happening... but when it is happening, and - as we say in Scotland - your arse is making buttons, it's very much more difficult to commit isn't it?

The fact that there's carnage everywhere is in a way good news for us - because our drop is part of a bigger process but still on very small daily volumes.

When sanity returns - as it did even after those silly darkest days of Covid - we will bounce back.

When there is blood on the streets, it can be terrifying, but looking back at past bloodbaths, they were always a missed opportunity. But when headless chicken syndrome strikes, it just has to play itself out until the big boys calmly swoop in and snap all the bargains.

For someone who always believes everything the company says Quady, that's a bit cloak and dagger for you....

How low do you think we can go before something gives, one way or another?

Look at it this way Quady, the way you put it, the diverse book is spoiling our chance or receiving a bid.

But we cant seem to raise cash at the moment.

We don't seem to have any plans, at least none that don't need cash.

We are drifting, becalmed, rudderless - unable to be rescued by a bid and slowly burning up the last of our cash paying salaries to people who don' t seem to have any clearer idea about what to do than I do.

Quady your diverse book will no more shield us from a hostile bid than it shields us from falling down into the mid teens.

We are extremely cheap at the moment. This changes things. We are even cheaper to a dollar buyer.
