Thought I'd jump in last week. A little early but its not like I ever seem to find the lows :)
Thought it looked interesting especially with the history from AAA
My first of this type so i'll be reading posts with interest

I've changed recipe
Rather than a fast boil and the bloody thing boils over the top and then drops back to dreggs
I'm using the slow cooker, takes longer to get all the ingredients to merge but once it does it's a taste that stays with you and more and more will want some and savour it, rather than scolding their months and spitting it back out.
Patience and the taste will be sweeter than ever :)

So as we stand today we are looking ok with enough cash to cover
This may be why they aren't fighting too hard. Keep FCA sweet with loans 2018 on wards and get a line drawn under this period
Allows FCA to come out looking good and Amigo surviving. Fight them and they could back date loans before 2018

Can I ask another question to those that know ?
In relation to claims, what can they actually claim ?
As its not like PPI where all your money was for a service, I assume you can only really ask for interest back or can you claim damages ? If so is there a set amount ?

I feel for the cine guys today :( Never nice to see fellow guys trying to make a few bucks worried and likely to see big drop tomorrow. Fingers crossed CINE will reopen if true. Could actually be a good move to save money but again feel for staff

Reading your posts, they are cryptic and don't have actual reasons behind them (in my opinion)
Do you have an inside line to JB ? are you JB ? are you saying JB will now takeover NSF ?

Whatever JB was playing at he's gone down in my estimation. However you wrap it up he lost another vote and I was convinced he must have a full proof plan to do it so publicly
As we all know, if Amigo can just get past claims and relaunch their off the shelf product we should see a great comeback without him
GJ certainly has a good CV so I'm still hopeful and even a little thankful JB lost as when I think about it, the actual Boardroom battle could of been just starting now . That could of been awful for us all
