I also really believe the sp would knocking on the door of 50p + if boxes ticked

If/When JB wins it could be early next year before he's FCA approved and surely he's already considered this.
Events between now and then- Claims , Debt, Lending again etc. If each of these boxes are ticked and lets face it he wouldn't be fighting for Amigo if he didn't think he could, the SP will surely be way WAY above 20p

This to me, points towards him already having a deal some how with allies who will be voting for him

Would these need 10 allies just under 3% or is there another way ?

I do believe we will see another jump at some point but have no idea what the news will be that causes that. I'm hoping it's a JB win. Looking at the brief jump on GC news I do think a JB will up price rather than drop
I also hope Amigo turns out to be the LTH we think it could be

Allies buying his shared are one of the many theories here, but we also thought the bod would want to rise sp not keep it down with negative RNS's to encourage votes, we also thought we may see price rise once JB had finished selling, we didn't see the bod saying GC will resign if JB wins vote, we didn't see GC stepping down last week

Personally I don't think JB is relying on PI's as that would be too risky and he won't want another lost vote
Finally next week we'll know and can start to access the actual company

Yes but that still means he needs approval prior to him buying
Will FCA approve him ? Yes he's been approved before but he's done himself no favors over the last few weeks/months
