If Thoma bravo make an offer I expect it to be a shade north of eight. Then the other companies which are interested ( names haven’t been divulged by dark so dont ask) may or may not put in a higher offer . The good thing is the next results due will be above expectations.
Thoma bravo are also opening an office in the west end with a view to doing more deals in Europe. So keep your eyes peeled on European software companies that could be approach in the future by bravo. :-). Especially Germany.

So being reasonably confident it will happen bite the bullet and add or buy. It’s a chance to make money . Please don’t give me the childish views about ramping or de ramping either way one would be pretty stupid not to if one wanted to make a profit. Regarding dark my own view is a win win situation either over the next month or year. :-)
