We’re all at different stages of life. I think your plan on diversification is sensible. Not too wide as it gets diluted too much, but NEVER in one company. It just takes one unexpected result and you’re screwed.

Plan to compound your returns from your investments over the years and you will make serous money, but that takes discipline.

Do an experiment on a spreadsheet. That £10k as a starting investment and increase that by say 10/15/20% in a year. Then, take that new figure and increase by the same amount. Do that for say 10-20 years and the returns are staggering. However, you only get that be being willing to delay the ‘benefits’ from your investments. Short term ‘pain’ for long-term gain.

Agreed guys.

I have 600k shares so far and will be looking to increase that quote a bit by end of summer (just need HE1 to strike HE eh ST!). That’s not a ramp, but honestly, if you have spare funds and fancy a punt, if they strike HE this will multi-bag by end of summer.

The more I read/hear ability FAR, the more I realise that this is such a good investment. I was swayed on BN by the enthusiasm by the BB, but all I see there is a company with high processing costs needing to diversify. Far doesn’t need that - it will be in the lower end of the bottom quartile.
Plus, the resource (undeclared as drilled yet) is frigging huge.
So, any post processing costs are marginal when compared to the extraction costs.
Easy money here guys (IMO).

My expectation is next week (based on trying to dial-down my own expectations).
We know something is imminent, and I am not that concerned by an extra few days. However, if it happens this week, I won’t be complaining.
The important RNS will be discovery though (unless you’re looking to de-risk).

Great interview - however, the interviewer needs to sit still a bit more lol.

As Mr Spacetomato pointed out, due to a run-in I had with a knobhead from the BMN telegram group, I did a detailed investigation of the resource which FAR have. It is NOT the same as the Chinese resource and, more importantly, the mining/processing costs are SIGNIFICANTLY lower than other companies. Once they get producing, even if prices drop they will make money.

Yes, the mine is not built yet, but only a fool would expect Sir Mick (and his very experienced team) to be investing here if they didn't understand what they were buying into.
Who are you going to trust? Sir Mick with his track record at BHP and Xstrata or a few keyboard warriors haha.
IMO, this is a very exciting medium term play - forget the short-term noise.

The issue is with harpmandoodle coming on here and continually spouting crap. If he’s invested, he’d want the company to do well, not talk it down (note - there’s a huge difference between advising caution and trying to spread fear). He’s a **** and deserves to be called out.

Being really selfish here, I want the price to drop (or at least not rise) over the next few months. I have some decent funds coming available soon, and FAR will be getting a big chunk of that.

BTW, agree with your sentiment on FAR. 12 months time and things will be looking very different for this company.

(Can't say the same for BMN - I will be looking to liquidate from there if the price bounces a little. Too much 'jam tomorrow' with that company. Bad investment IMO)

@ST Yes, I saw that (re PRE). I was torn yesterday between topping up here, FAR or PRE. So I topped up here, and held some cash back. Seems that the positive news re rare earths/China supply will power that ahead soon.

Looking at the charts that Joshwaaa has posted, I can't imagine a big change until the RNS.
Gives you time to consider if you're comfortable with topping up. Always a risk as we know.

I have a confession to make. Although I said I’d done my last buy a few days ago, I took some of my recycled funds from RBW (thanks ST) and added another 100k at that price this afternoon.

Logic being - this will (in all likelihood) spike when drilling starts. I will look to offload some of mine and average down/reduce holding. (Yes, that assumes the price goes up enough to allow that to happen). It was either that or leave in cash until other opportunities arose on my other holdings/watched shares.

Hopefully the long termers on here have taken every opportunity to top-up, as when the RNS hits (and I think next week based on nothing - purely a guess), this will spike that's for sure.

Anyone waiting for a further drop is going to be disappointed I feel.
