Am I the only one that thinks a placing is being forward sold as any buy as FF says is negated within mins.
Been going on for weeks so shouldn't be much longer before we hear if its correct.
Good news is they will be needing pennies to be able to expand and even JORC our main asset.

That's why I had the 972K top-up yesterday. Didn't mind the little extra as I could have purchased in the morning but had to swallow a small loss by selling other stock.
Like all, not fond of giving in to the MM's, but the fundamentals are too strong to ignore so the loss should soon be recovered.
As they say, never fall in love with a share as it will prevent one from expediting a new strategy..

The shareprice is a result of the above whether you have 100 or 10000 shares in issue.

Dilution can affect the Share Price but it CAN'T affect the Market Cap.

Good post Ray. Am thinking of drafting a letter to the FCA outlining my concern that BA through his own admission, raised monies that weren't required much to the detriment of shareholders in who's interest he is supposed to protect. It may also be a prudent move to examine the role that Zeng occupies as there appears to be a real conflict of interest, a position once again overseen by BA. Either way, its time to reign in the cowboy attitude that BA has or is adopting in possibly underselling the asset the Company holds title to. Be lucky...

So here's the question. We are told its best to raise money when you don't need it so why raise AT A DISCOUNT. Seems he likes saying one thing but doing something completely different, you know, double standards and believes we're gullible enough to fall for it. What a plonker...

You can bet your bottom dollar that Roach will promise anything (probably falsely) in the hope of sweetening investors and shareholders so that he can ask permission to increase the number of shares in issue as his back is against the wall and the only way out is to offer Zulu or Circum up as collateral. Next thing you will see is a load of selling going on as the deal he arranges will allow more forward selling as he has done before. Real question is how many are going to fall for the spiel he comes out with as its not the first time he has been put to the test???

Then the answer is obvious. Any stock that comes up for sale should be purchased by existing shareholders which will have 2 effects. 1. The MM's will run short forcing their hands and 2. It will stop SC from gaining the stock it needs for a hostile takeover at a price they choose. Simples...

More than happy to know my holding lurking under the bed is doing very nicely thankyou. Everyone should have sussed with new management, things were going to take a little while to find a home and at the rate our BOD are moving, this is one of those shares one will be pleased to have in their portfolio.
