Colin will know that if he seeks shareholders permission for dillution/funding then: A) he wouldn't get it B) The share price would drop significantly IMHO So I don't think he'll ask for it as he onows the answer and the adverse effects of it I don't think it will be mentioned in the cc. In fact he may even confirm he won't be suggesting it Funding needs to come from partners / TO. All IMHO

Marineville what difference does that month or so really make to long term holders? We've actually got long term holders here being frightened into selling their shares by derampers (and of course last Monday's RNS and the chance of that 0.30s deop happening again - IMHO it was a gap that was filled). What is the point of LTH selling now with good news potentially relatively speaking just around the corner. Relative to waiting years for it and it might finally be coming.

Washers the choice of some long term holders here is to sell at a greater or lesser loss. I might as well wait until September. Seems like a fair punt for me since I can't exit at the moment without a loss and see limited downside here IMHO with the potential IPPC and deal around the corner IMHO DYOR GLA
