CofE I hope this cheers you up and anyone else getting a bit bored with the drifting share price... Just for fun I've just been trying to calculate a pattern of frequency of RNSs for ALBA. A small sample and mean average. We've had 12 RNSs in the past 2 months (since 14th June). That's 63 days (including weekends) divided by 12 RNSs so one every 5.25 days on average. The longest in the period we've been without a RNS has been around 17 days. Although outside of the sample, back in May we went 21 days without one. The last RNS was 8th August. So it's quite probable that we'll see a RNS this week. But absolute worst case scenario is we'll receive at least one RNS by the end of the month.

Kelsbell - you're clearly asking me to put my money where my mouth is, by placing a bet - but I reiterate I'm holding my shares in AST until 1.7p+ so that's enough to show my resolve lol. You a bit slow?

£50m is the baseline. That's the minimum. So minimum 2.25/2.3p per share. It's the starting point and if there's a bidding war 3 maybe even 4p?

I certainly didn't know there were 20 NDAs sogned to start woth and about 25% or a quarter of these still left almost 4 months later. A RNS with easy digestable summarised bullet points from the conference call woud be nice lol

EC it's significant for me and one of the most positive and measurable outcomes of the call as far as I'm concerned.

It wouldn't take much for them to have the conference call transcribed too but oh well PR and all that

The extremely well researched Reso said this morning he thought no-one was left in the data room, so it's certainly news to him. If the objective of the conference call was to restore investor confidence then cater for investors who would rather read than listen! Cmon Colin and Clive are you reading this?

what about the shareholders WHO wait for the RNS

EC you might be right about no RNS but what about the shareholders is wait for the RNS and don't dial in on conference calls and listen to podcasts etc? Surely at least a reiteration through RNS to get the juices flowing a bit more

Disciple I'm not disagreeing thst shareholders have been treat like carp I just think the time has come for it to come good IMHO. I too will be glad to be out of this for the mere opportunity cost of having money in this. I remember watching this come down from where Hardy sold at and thinking I was getting a good deal at 1.40p. Oh well.
