Not sure why people give bad reviews our service is the best we have ever had,fast with no dropouts unlike other companies we have used.Support is great.Price is also very competative.As for getting Spam i have never had an email from them unless i have asked a question.Keep up the good work Toople.
Promised cheaper prices than my current supplier but are 30% more expensive. Don't be fooled by the agent on the phone. ALL CALLS ARE NOT INCLUDED in the package. All 08 numbers are charged EXTRA. Beware
To be honest, the customer service here is very good, as is my broadband connection whic is used frequently to upload and download massive files. I actually get to speak to someone directly, get a name and am in contact with that person …More
Terrible customer service. Seems at times like there is nothing there but trained chimps. One or two of them are a little more competent but for the most part expecting Toople to do something is as futile as invading Russia.

I have to say we have used Toople for our phones and BBand since the start of the year and the system and connection have been good, very good. It took us a while to get set up, but the bad reviews here are not my experience.
SPAMMERS. Complete and utter spammers. Never done business with them but I've magically ended up on their email list and get bombarded with there rubbish. Would never do business with and would advise others to avoid like the plague.

Don’t be fooled by the good sales and customer services process. Poor brand board less than half a mega bite down load and fault team poor. They want to try charge you for br engineer to attend. A Enginner looked at it. Said was repressed service!!
They've been spamming my email address for weeks. Even when you unsubscribe they still send you spam. It's like they are determined for you to take out their services whether you want to or not. To me, they just must be desperate for business. Not a good!!!
Simply stunned at how determined they are to make a sale and how little they care to listen to the customer in the process. Their service is patchy. Their customer service shocking.
I've used this guys a couple of times now, their prices a good and the service is great, I'd thoroughly recommend them for anything broadband!
