What will they be prepared to pay?

Will they discuss with BoD before tabling an offer?

Will any offer tabled be final?

My take on your comments is that while there is some risk, there is considerable upside.

Could Sidara be interested in buying some of the strategic assets at a cheap price by buying the company and selling off those parts it isn't interested in?

Getting the assets they want (plus the expertise and contracts) without having to pay what the market would pay?

Very strange post.

You were touting a teens share price only a few days ago when the price was in the low 20's.

Suddenly you have a change of heart and buy in at 27? Very unusual for someone who was convinced that the share could only go lower. What changed your mind?

Everyone has 20/20 vision in hindsight.

Call me short-sighted, but I have sold enough to cover my initial investment.

Now only in for 10k shares, but they owe me nothing, so will enjoy any increase without regrets.

New to shares myself, have shares in blue chips for dividend income and give myself 5% of my portfolio as money to experiment with and am prepared to lose. I hold this stock so may be bias in my analysis of posters.

There are others and they will fall into one camp or the other.

The negatives are quite vitreolic and mock anything positive that's said.

The positives usually give reasons for their optimism and are less argumentative.
