I think the disconnect is because we are listed on AIM in the UK which tends to be discounted anyway but this is magnified by minimal Canadian visibility especially market wise. Moving to a pure/primarily Canadian listing would trigger a re-rate

moving the price much closer to the peers.

Depends how much of the fall relates to Tesla and its price cutting as this has irked customers who just bought , have a order but in particular those who were thinking of buying but are now waiting in case more price cuts occur. This would be relevant for all EV makers if price cuts continue but Tesla has been the prime mover.

Any Institutional selling is likely to be done because of holding criteria. We as PI's can decide to let a big share gain run even if it results in an unbalanced portfolio , an Institution does not have this luxury especially if the share price retreats as it has done which has probably affected any risk analysis that is used. If the results are in then I think the company has to legally declare them - to not do so may be a breach of the Companies Act and listing regulations.
Even if the results are in and are good and the company may be in negotiations regarding the way forward then that is itself should be a notifiable event.
The company can't cherry pick how it declares any results.

Any asset values for RMM will not be near predicted market values. Take NewGen and the asset their loan is secured on - any buyer would wait to see when RMM defaults and NewGen takes control. All NewGen would want is its loan and associated fees repaid - they wouldn't care about the sale price being heavily discounted so no buyer will pay even 50% of asset value and it may be far lower than that. The only hope in that scenario is to have several interested parties but even then they could decide to form a consortium and give a lowball offer.
RMM is on its knees with no leverage over potential business dealings.

The share price rises so does the company market value. This may continue but everybody is ignoring the probable large share dilution. At the end of the day the price may reach 30p based on the current issued equity but by then holders may have faced dilution destruction meaning their holding in £s is exactly the same as now.
Basing things on share price is meaningless for an investor - you need to look at the company market value now and when share dilution occurs. The market value could jump ten fold but so what if your holding is diluted by 90% as your holding value doesn't change.

The "loss" is a result of accounting standards and isn't "real". You could argue that DEC could decide not to follow the relevant standard as the accounts would to us give a truer view.
The size of the loss is down to the big jump in gas prices. In theory the losses would reverse but as production rises the hedging would increase with any reported loss being dependent on the market price versus hedged price.

It seems odd that EVR wants to run the share register. This indicates to me that the ability to trade shares in the future will be restricted somewhat which leads me to a possible conclusion that EVR will buy back those shares held by the non Russian holders. No idea of price but given the Russians control the vote I doubt it exceeds the suspended share price.
The company will have the funds especially considering the amount of the cancelled dividend.

The company does have a decent pipeline but that is in the future. In the here and now it has a market value of £37m per this site. This is dwarfed by the figure used in the 24 June RNS Trading/Funding update where the figure of £150m is used in the exploration of funding operations-equity raise. This clearly stated that the company was looking for up to the £150m by a mix of fund raise/interim finance.
Why then would any buyer look to pay even 8p with substantial funding still needed. The suspension gives them time to formulate a low ball offer and basically say accept it or we refuse to support the fundraise etc in which case the company goes under and they can pick it up even cheaper but have to go through a lot more legal bumpf.

I don't hold LAM but saw today's drop and the discounted share offer and was intrigued.

It is surprising the company hasn't given a price range for the offer but just a blanket statement without agreeing anything with the buyer who is a major holder - that's not a good thing to do if you want to get money from them.
Cash flow is a problem but ways forward have been shown.

The price drop is excessive in light of the offer and normally the share would have some bounce back but....

The company has stated that it's audit is in the final stages but has to file its accounts by 30 June. Is this likely no because the auditors are faced with significant doubt on the going concern of LAM and will find it hard to sign off on the accounts.
Also as previously mentioned how annoyed are Blofeld Investment about their offer being disclosed and how likely would they participate in any form of fund raise now - again this directly affects the auditors going concern view.

The threat of an imminent suspension will mute any recovery as who wants cash locked up with no access to it.
If this was 2 months ago or in the future then I would risk a speculative buy but with an extremely likely suspension it can't warrant an investment in it.

I suppose EST could just get an agreement to ship their ores to the US for processing. Would be cheaper then the capital costs.

The dividend seems somewhat delayed for some reason as no RNS has yet been released.
