Good post StayLong, there is no way that Cummins/Meritor will be hanging around on this. They have a massive on tap market to sell to.

When you consider that Cummins turned over $33 billion dollars last year, it gives you a very good idea of the calibre of interested companies wanting in on this world class tech.

I have a sneaky feeling that Tesla/Musk will be getting interested at some point very soon?

Whilst I am totally pi**ed off like all others on here which is totally understandable, we must be mindful of what Mr Boughtwood has invented here, we don’t know if there’s still quite a bit of work /tweaking required to finish this world leading tech , if so, and I suggest there is/will be, are there others that are capable of doing so, again I suggest there isn’t but this is a potential dilemma for the bod to work out as diplomatically as possible without looking weak to investors.

I wouldn’t want to get rid of the only guy that can finish off the Pareta motor, that would be a very foolish decision imo.

@staylong, I think I read an article regarding India’s new all electric buses, can’t remember the details, but huge amounts of government cash going in to achieve this, wonder where they’ll get their motors?

When they say ‘over subscribed’ does that mean that several different companies wanted to get in on this and Dgi chose DNB ASA? If so it makes you wonder about the other potential quality companies waiting in the wings!

There’s a lot of logic in this post @StayLong, I agree with you 100%, also I would like to commend the bod for yet again inspiring confidence by appointing Pierre an outstanding tech guy from Tesla/Dyson is super impressive especially during this bomb that the boughtwoods have just dropped.

Patents are owned by the company, not an individual

In anything but the facts, there is nobody capable of predicting the future of anything end of.

So I ask myself a few questions,

1. Have Dgi still got world class tech

2. Have Dgi got deals with a tier one company

3. Have Dgi got an mou with EVage

4. Have Dgi got patents for their world class tech

5. Have Dgi got 3 top guys working on the success of this business.

Don’t know about anyone else, but as long as I can 100% say yes to all the above, then this remains a fantastic long term opportunity.

Absolutely agree @harley64, tbh I didn’t realise the pot of gold options they have.

Makes sense though, basically greed has clouded their judgement, whether MrB knew what Mrs B was doing we will wait and see, but I think the potential insider trading might be hard for them to defend against?

Personally I would like to see their punishment as being forced to buy all the shares back at the highest rate they started selling at, so if they started selling at .2 then that’s the price they pay for all of them, I don’t see making them buy them back for what they paid for them as a punishment.

Also take any/all of their options away (not sure if they have any)?

These people have single handedly trashed all the fantastic work the bod have done over the last 4 months, they must be seething. Watching the share price fall when good news released, and all along it was an insider shafting them !

Couldn’t agree more @harley64, not only do these guys control the share price by shorting it, they show buys as sells to spook the potential buyers.

If that isnt market/share price manipulation, I don’t know what is, also don’t forget these guys make a shed load of money for there trouble?

Maybe, maybe not TW, I’m sure this will become a lot more interesting if Dgi and its Pareta drive can enhance EV’s to a point that manufacturers won’t be able to ignore.

I’m hoping that at some stage buyers of vehicles will be asking the seller ‘has it been fitted with a Pareta motor’ if not, I’m not interested in buying, think about that scenario, would you buy a vehicle without the latest enhancements and/or efficiencies?

That’s a tough question to answer Jcool, all I know is that anything good will almost certainly at least tried to be copied, how successful that would be who knows.

One thing for sure regarding Tesla/Musk, they have to up their game big time just to keep up with the likes of Byd etc. China will not be hanging around waiting that’s for sure. Over to you Mr Musk!
