Not ours but it would seem that there may be parallels.
"the company has ‘potential claims’ for actions of deceit, negligent misstatement and misrepresentation"

"Scottydod, I assume the holding has to be based on what you have invested financially and not shareholding, I hold millions of shares, but you can buy them today for less than £10k, my investment though is far far higher."
Agreed Stas, that's really what I'm getting at. I'm in for about £40-£50K but the shares I have don't reflect that now
Can't edit message so to add, the value of losses in current accounts may well be lower than actual losses. eg, someone may have sold in Feb when the price crashed and bought back in. Presumably SHG will be taking an "average estimated" value at this stage. It's impossible to calculate accurately without a lot more information than is being requested.
"Depends upon final negotiations, based upon potential size of damages (which we are currently calculating, based on support). Solicitors are obviously not cheap, but this could develop into a very, very large claim."
I'd have thought it would be possible for individuals to prove through transactions precisely what they've invested and compare that to current value.
It would have been good to hear something but maybe naively I'm not thinking we've been played (at the moment). So what if the price went up 150% today, most LTH are still 98% down, including much of the SHG.
But who knows. :-(
Nobody believes you Transhaven.
You claim to have lost money here but at the same time you're posting
"There is nothing the FCA or anyone can do. Looks guys, you invested your money in a company that had red flags all over it. Those red flags were highlighted many. many, many times and you chose to ignore them."
You say forget it and move on. Why don't you take your own advice.
"Cant believe 1billion barrels of oil along with carbon capture is not worth many many many multiples of 135m dollars so someone has lied somewhere "
Is there any way we can get our hands on the Ryder Scott report? We were told "we wouldn't understand it". I wonder if the truth was we wouldn't like it
