Yes Larry6 there is a reason for the low price, partly because there is a lot of risk here, or should I say gamble, your not just betting on the share price your gambling against what Putin may do next. Sanctions, demand etc. It's a British multi National, but Abramovich is heavily invested here, so that may help, if your buying only put in what you can afford to lose.

I had to buy in more at -29.24%, just hope we get to dividend at least! Don't invest what you can't afford to lose on this, it's like walking into Ladbrokes, but it could pay off.

Being new to this share only because someone posted about it on Evraz page, old info that's still relevant is useful to add again, shame it's so hard to get more than a modest amount of shares though!

Yes I wasn't sure either, but best guess was falling after 24% up on Friday when I sold what I bought Thursday, can't get a buy price on A J Bell at the moment? Can sell though

There will only be a peace deal if Putin gets what he wants, likely the two states he's recognised as independent and a signed agreement that Ukraine will never join nato, that's the very minimum or he loses face. I'll keep day trading this with profits from last Fridays rise, see what happens, fingers crossed!

Cela it's a punt, imagine you were going to a betting shop and putting say a grand on a 13-8 odds horse. You either make a few bob or lose the lot, that's Evraz right now. No one can say for certain, I've traded it a couple of times, doesn't mean my next buy today will go as well. If you buy, keep a close eye on it and take your profit as soon as it's worth it, don't hold too long!

Fairanalyst. I didn't take offence, just explaining what I do. Love day trading, it's exciting but have LTH's too. Just feel for those people, 30 years of freedom and now a megalomaniac dictator murderer moves in. What's the point of the UN as they can never win a vote over Russia as it has the veto!!

Fair analyst. This is my main living, I'm also the CEO and founder of a successful charity that I spend a lot of time running for about £5 an hour over the last 10 years, so mostly voluntary. Not the usual £150k a year plus gold expense account that greedy ones get. So I do give a lot.

Feels bad that we make the most profit out of others misfortune, I bought heavily yesterday at -30.45% ish and just sold it at 24% up leaving my buy at 235 a couple of weeks ago owing me nothing, so leaving that in and we see what happens next! Barclays going well today after buying yesterday too, all war related stock price changes.

Also, this is the lowest price for over four years, so if you have the balls could well be worth it. I think Russia will just take the two separatist states and not fully invade, I think they only targeted other military bases and airports so Ukraine were limited in responding to the invasion. News channels are saying there has been no physical invasion apart from those two states, could be a sound buy as even in Russia steel will be in demand.

I agree with these last three threads, I've day traded this and done well and now looking for the best entry point for LTH as I do both. I see so many rampers in biotech in companies with mcap of under £10m and I think for LTH I'd usually rather be in a company like this 15 times the size, in the medium bracket with ongoing potential

Some profit taking going on now, probably those that bought yesterday so may drop a bit now then pick up again today

He may be deramping if he's a LTH as we've seen this all before. It's 98.5% down on a few years ago, all I left in was half my profit so I'm fine but £3k became £40, day trade and take profits, re invest profits HERE If you have faith. Rise like this on no news is either suspicious or good news coming IMHO

Calamari's, important point, other tests have had sales suspended due to not detecting low viral loads, I'm talking about other companies but will similarly apply here

n London, Evraz shares fell 4.9%, as fears of a Russian invasion of Ukraine persist. The steel maker largely operates in Russia and oligarch Roman Abramovich has roughly a 29% stake in the company.

I didn't realise Roman Abramovich owned 29% of this company. Takes a bit of the worry of invasion away. I think it would be safe from interference, don't think invasion will take place anyway.

I am an LTH but mostly day trade, I love this share. Oil and mining are great for trading but volatile, so keep a bit of the profit in a LTH just in case I miss the rise! Of course finds will raise the price, but not 10x I wish it would.

From Scott to Scot, you talk a lot of sense, I try and put fact out there, 10x on a find isn't going to happen, it will continue to go up and down and I'll continue to day and a two day trade it as I've done very well since January and a few years back when it was volatile. Rampers are like gamblers, listen to the hype, get a thrill buying then disappear when they lose. If they won't listen to reason I'm happy to take the profits. Right I'm going off to buy some paypal shares, reckon they've bottomed out. GLA
