I'm in after that RNS, and what a great RNS it was too, not sure why it didn't go higher something is holding it back. The company has made significant progress and with the mcap here it's still due a good rise, hopefully on Monday when people digest the news.

OPN-305 is what im excited for, this could be massive, test already positive Positive pre-clinical data has been generated in multiple models of diseases, including cardiac and kidney ischemia/reperfusion injuries, sepsis, cancer as well as ex - vivo models of human rheumatoid Arthritis. There is an urgent need for the development of novel therapies, such as OPN-305, in the treatment of MDS which can improve patient survival and which have fewer adverse side effects than current standard of care medications. Research also suggests that the scope for TLR antagonists such as OPN-305 extends to other important inflammatory diseases including diabetes, lupus and Alzheimer's disease

It is crazy, but the key is to be patient with this one. Most brokers have tipped this to exceed 90p. The publicity has been good on all fronts. After the rise recently its good to see that there has not been huge sells, meaning the significant shareholders are staying put. IPO was at 80p a fundraise of 20 million was done at 60p. Revenue is expected to increase massively and with more products due to come to the market and hopefully more contracts to be announced, the potential is massive. All IMO of course.

Within the portfolio a further "Abzena inside" product for neurodegenerative conditions with an undisclosed partner is moving into Phase II development. Progression of another "Abzena inside" product with another undisclosed partner into multiple Phase Ib/IIa studies is anticipated in the first half of 2017.
