Completly agree mate, undervalued and big rerate coming, think it should sit around 2p (after initial spike) again depending how they're going to transfer funds from sale of mall. It all depends on how much time it will take, few weeks, few months, year? As long as you can wait it out you'll be quids in!!

i have a feeling they are not close to getting the deal done and may have a RNS explaining on an extension for the mall sale, this is possibly the reaspm why the loan repayment was delayed (before it got cancelled) not sure but seems to be that way. shame the spread is still huge, kills the big rise really. i suppose the big rise will come when that RNS comes out on the done deal and then re-rate. still dont know what they plan to do with the money, a special divended or cash or what! dont know really but it would add value to any shareholder!

Not had the chance to read thier website to see if there is any details about this agreement, what benefit has he got to cancel the agreement? You know?

Cheers for reply, is it only 72%, was doing it off memory as on phone and not looked at notes, yup I agree that some sort of special dividend could be on the cards so UVEL doesn't get hammered with tax. And I also see the 1.5p possibly 2p+ on rns morning depending on outcome and how they will collect money or what the transaction will be. Does look good for a quick return IF it goes through! 100% return on investment is very likely at these levels, could bring a lot of interest in the run up to DE DAY!! I'll still keep watch. Off topic I wish PPR would release news regarding funding, noone knows at how many and what price it will be, as soon as this is released can start seeing if it will drop to 9p (if placing is around this price) or if they secure funding over current price. Bit in limbo but nor invested, just keeping an eye out

With CEO stepping down for 'personal reasons' either this being legit or from companies decision, and with Mr koo collecting a sizeable chunk of shares , I think over 75% of shares, can you see a takeover occurring here? My understanding is when a Director owns more than 75% then he can do as he pleases and no action goes to a shareholders decision. For instance if he wants to sell for x pence, noone can reject this? Can you see this being a likely situation for an aggressive take-over
