I have no issues with the excellent BOD here and if they need to dilute to grow business i am all for it. Look at the countless number of garbage AIM shares which have an endless supply of dilution after dilution having millions and millions of shares... even billions. PI's get shafted from this rinse and repeat which only pays for the bods salaries. AGL is on the cursp of a great future. Im a believe in agl for the long term. Short term profit seekers should look elsewhere. This is a growth story and will take time to mature into the solid company which i believe it will turn into. Real fun starts after FDA approval and more interest in the big fish

we could see an uplift when we hit 5p :)

So they want to become a £100M company by 2020. With progress already underway. Looks like some great value for the long term hold.
