I noticed a possible breakout from 1.4p after that it looks set for a set for 1.7p then 2p without the increase of sp from newsflow. If breakout is confirmed with some higher volume then i see no reason for a move to 2p to reflect more of a fair value for the company.

Same again tomorrow please :) Market soon realise that CNEL are trading at a big discount and is one of the few profitable companies on aim!! When the big contracts land sp is going to motor. And i notice someone is very quiet today? No comments today? No.? Thought not!

From the april POC update. "Forbidden Technologies plc (AIM: FBT), the AIM-quoted owner and developer of Forscene (the market-leading cloud video platform), announces that the Company's Forscene proof of concept with a major UK broadcaster has�been extended to complete the testing and evaluation impacted by organisational changes at the broadcaster client.� The extended proof of concept with the broadcaster, which covers a workflow that includes the editing software of a major US technology player, is expected to conclude towards the end of the calendar year" Is expected to conclude towards the end of the year!!! Not long to go to hopefully get some good news regarding the POC could happen before everything is wrapped up before xmas/year new so could even be looking at the start of dec. So possibly even 7-8 weeks time!! When that news lands and if positive then thats a game changer RNS and sp will spring into action! And on another note the TA side looks like a breakout is primed!!!

Rong53 is right CNEL will undergo a rerate in my eyes. From the results recently published CNEL produced a net profit of �1.19M MCAP is currently just ovet �6M. Shows you that purely based on profit it is undervalued. Not forgetting the huge order book of around �28m which shpuld be forfilled by 2017/2018. If you look forward to the full year results and if CNEL still on track for a higher% increase in revenue/profit and can make a profit of around �2m giving the full year E.P.S based on current shares between 0.4-0.5p Giving a PE multiple of 10 for fair value gives a SP between 4-5p. So givin those details we are undervalued from current profit. FACT!! those figures are without the consideration of future contracts from china/ africa etc so it cnel nailed one or some of those you can double that target. So currently were trading at a 50% discount. So yes i think rerate is due. Maybe have to wait till end of the year results (due out in 2018) so be it!!! But its coming one way or another

Im guessing your still holding baker? Had a bad month with a hit on WSG and FBT but still havent lost faith with them. Ive been playing CNEL and made some good cash. Been holding a while and now got a avg just under 1.45p. So still under here but have faith i wont be for too long. I reckon (like others) china will surprise us with a few contracts. Been building holding ready for lift off and happy to hold off until it happens

Millsm, totally agree. Need to look past todays sp whatever it ends up at close. The real value is still to come when the rerate occurs. This may take weeks but pretty sure its coming and ill be happy to keep building after todays results which were great in my eyes. It shows where the company is going. Lets face it are they even going to think about employing 20 new staff members without a whim of confidence about up and coming contracts going CNELs way? I highly doubt it! Bod future share options??? They know whats coming and im starting to think this is heading to new highs over the next year or 2 :)

Have to agree. If CNEL can produce a profit for the year of £2m ( net for the 6 months was £1.19m) your looking at a valuation with a PE of 10 around £20M. Current mcap is £6M so i can see a price range of between 3p-5p by year end. Thats without the share buy back and also any other big contracts being signed up. All looking good and think market has missed this one!!

Shadow have to agree with new CEO but in my opinion i dont see a 12 months wait for 10p. I see that in next weeks- months when poc news comes out or even the build up and people taking positions. From a technical point of view theres resistance at 13p. Once that goes then move towards 20p could be on the cards on a short timeframe. Possibly before end of the year. But all ducks lining up just need things to play out.

I reckon a buyout could well br on the cards but like you say sweepy need those contracts signed and paying customers to come over before any real contenders think about muscling in.
