You obv want out of CNEL and i really think youll get your 1.8p target over coming weeks. The charts (although some think its hairy fairy mumbo jumbo nonsense) are saying a move towards 2p. Thats without the recent sharebuy back news of 2p. Theres a major resistance around 1.70p so if it breaks this then 2p is on! Obv your own choice to sell or not i have no problems with that. To me cnel is building up to something. Theres just a feel that its due a big move shortly... the main trend is up without falling flat on its arse when it usually moves up. Each move up is supported wirh a new higher level. That to me looks good. But i see where your coming from and feeling fed up with cnel.

Another way to look at things is if cnel do continue to buyback up to 2p then sp should move upwards that figure and if if dips below 2p and cnel continues to buy i wouldnt be surprised to see a sp ranging between 2.1-2.2p Which from todays sp could bring up to a 50% return during next year. Thats a decent return from current sp at this undervalued level. Longer term and above this area will be down to contract wins throughout the year.

Not sure why the free shares in floatation need to stay the same, can you explain sensetalk? Surely less shares in open market will drive sp towards 2p when company starts buying and keeps buying up to 2p. This will benefit us and also BOD, i dont see what reason the BOD have in reducing thier holding to move into treasury. Am i missing something?

This is true thomas but highly doubt it. Reasonable buyback would be 10% then possibly more if they know good news would be out in future to give the bod a return (and us minions) on their holdings.

I see no reason why shareholders will reject the sharebuy back on 17th so for me its going ahead!! And if the company starts buying shares on regular intervals (monthly or quarterly) then mms will have no option to raise sp upwards in try and get more sellers to free up shares. And when this happens wont be a sharp rise then usual fall back it should stay at the level then move up to next support. Ive always said this is going to 2p and thats without this news. Todays news were looking above 5p in coming year i would say! Its going to be a good year ahead for holders... and wait for a big contract being signed!!

Hands... if you add up the big shareholders without crossing 3% that could add up to another 5-10% (guessing) if they want to take 20% off the table too thats going to leave a very small and limited amount of shares to trade. One big piece of news when shares have been taken up then this share will go straight up!! Surely thomas/sense will be positive on this news?

Strange that you managed to sell 3.5m in one day here sensetalk, if you could sell that large number in one go (or multiple trades over the day) can only guess someones is happy to pick up the stock that level... question is what level does it require before buyer isnt happy paying for cnel shares.

Sensetalk, im basing my figures on £2m net profit for full year. Totally possibly when half year net profit was £1.19m. If they do a £2m net profit. Then with 491.26m shares in issue you would be looking at a EPS of 0.4p and give a standard fair value PE of x10 would result in a sp of 4p. This is without and big contract wins and without any more process on previous MOU's. Thats purely a fundamental analysis that CNEL is undervalued. At a current sp of 1.35p it shows me there is still plenty of room to get to a fair value. Market does not believe the story but i think if they do record that profit at the end of the year i reckon market has to relalise the value starring them in the face! So thats why i reckon we shpuld be sitting around 3p before these results then pushed towards 4-5p after these. And again thats without big contact news with these then the scary heights of 10p+ is totally possible. Until they release some news market seems to think that 1.2-1.40p is a good range to sit in, even if this is undervalued!

Looking at that link the directors hold 28.3% of the shares between them if you add that along with the other holders above 3%; Best Full Investments Limited (Liang Hongtao) (9.77%) Mr.Lv Jingbin (9.53%) Jet-Air (HK) Limited (9.09%) Lynchwood Nominees Limited ( 7.76%) W B Nominees Limited (5.49%) Thats a total of 69.94% shares out of our hands leaving under 147m shares and a lot less when you add up all the ones under 3%. These figures are only based on the figures supplied from the website and i havent looked through previous holdings rns to give a more up to date figures... ill leave that to you ;) More or less 70% is taken up so if news comes along then the high demand for the low shares will shoot this up. :) And sensetalk... id be happy with 10p. Its happened in the past... well maybe not 10bagged but has shot up 300%+ within intraday spikes! Can happen again on right news! Limited shares for open market (free % i mean) Weve just been waiting.... and waiting.... and waiting!!! Its time to wake up cnel and get to a more relistic value based on current profit/ revenue

I completely agree pokerchips, if the PoC was indeed failing to deliver for whatever reason that surely would have an impact on the whole team at FBT and with news out that now deal is to be made FBT will loose credibility and possibly futher contracts ( can only guess) resulting in less money to pay staff etc. When the company is going on a recruitment spree it only tells me one thing, that they are expecting a big step up in growth and need the staff to handle this growth and drive company into future. Nothing is a dead cert we all know but im still holding onto the bullish feeling that there will have a positive outcome to the PoC. And hopefully know about this very shortly. I think another delay could kill off any support weve found at the 4-5p range and market will dislike any delays. Time will tell but still happy with holding at the moment :)

Biofuel is the future for CNEL, i can see the company jumping up in MCAP value but need those contracts getting signed up. When they come it could open the floodgates for others signing up CNEL. Plenty of potential business out there. We just need to bag a few deals and cnel could grow into a monster! Sign away cnel :)
