CoalSwitchTM fuel burned at near-identical temperatures to coal.
CoalSwitchTM fuel burned more efficiently than coal, and produced far less ash
CoalSwitchTM fuel burned cleaner than coal, and when co-fired with coal generated less Sulphur Dioxide (502 than the coal alone
CoalSwitchTM fuel was essentially free of both Potassium (K) and Sodium (Na), so combustion will not cause fouling (deposits)
The CoalSwitchTM/coal blend had a lower LOI (Loss on Ignition) than the pure coal, leaving far less unburned carbon in the ash
some more info on coalswitch vs coal can be found on the website...

for all the newbies a quick summary of coalswitch;
CoalSwitch™ uses patented technologies to create a new second generation biomass fuel which can be briquetted or pelleted as required by customers. CoalSwitch™ has a number of significant advantages compared with existing biomass fuels such as torrefied or white pellet alternatives, namely and among others:
· Lower unit costs reflecting lower feedstock costs. CoalSwitch™ technology can process lower quality fibre materials such as forestry residuals and waste wood including waste, bark, branches leaves, needles and salty hog thus reducing feedstock costs
· CoalSwitch™ has a higher energy density than alternative biomass fuels
· CoalSwitch™ has a higher bulk density than alternative biomass fuels
· CoalSwitch™ when pelletised is hydrophobic meaning that the pellets do not degrade in water in the same way as traditional white or torrefied pellets. In addition, CoalSwitch™ pellets can be transported with minimal losses/degradation due to being almost dust-free in storage, handling or transport
· CoalSwitch™ pellets can be used in coal fired power stations, without the need for significant capital expenditure for retrofitting and modifying existing coal burning facilities.
with a shorter trading day today I'm wondering if we'll see us hitting 50p today or will there be some trying to lock in their small trading profit before year end is done to balance and shuffle their PF. either way doesn't really do much in the grand scheme of things.
have a good end to 2020 guys and girls... hoping 2021 is a great year for AGL and investors
your lucky dave i couldn't get a quote on HL. done a limit order at 46p. cash took off my account thinking trade went through only to come back mid afternoon and orders been cancelled and cash returned to my account. much rather of had the shares! maybe last chance to buy sub 50p this week.
seems to be breaking out. reversal should be confirmed if it holds onto this rise into close of play. should bring out a lot of charty whiz kids who look at TA, :) nice steady rise today and tomorrow would be a good finish to a crappy 2020
hi enteleon. great post to read, weve all been there being over exposed throwing more money after more money and sometimes the stock just turns out to be dog sh***e. im hopeful this isnt the case and our journey is just starting to begin
its been a long road up till now and the BOD know what theyre doing. theyre not here for the jam tomorow lifestle company like other aim shares. i believe they truely believe this could turn into a billion dollar company (or pounds for us lot!!)
we just need to hold the trust in the BOD and go along with them on the journey. hopefully getting into the Nasdaq and truely showing the true value of AGL and parsortix. hopefully 2021 will be a better year than 2020 and even previous years from the high days of £1 area. im sure we will see that level once again.
i read an interesting article on another board about teslas millionaires who stayed with AGL. completely off topic but does make you think if the company you invest in deliver on their promises and you stick by them anything could happen.

the tesla link if interested.
for us... 40p a share 2020 to £40 a share 2030 why the hell not haha!!
shan its been a long time! hope all is well and having fun at the markets once more. i remember you went quiet for a bit from the good old WSG days (although its a bit carnage since the high days of £1! so i presummed you were out the game. hope all is well and your still making some moola!
DRAX ships between 60-70k tonnes of pellets from USA and have imported 5.1M tonnes from louisiana port since 2015. if the trail with PacifiCorp is an overwhelming success and they go down the route of a license deal whats to stop DRAX going along the same path amoung other coal power stations now doing the switch to pellets (or a pellet blend) . that market and revenue streams would be multiples of the current mcap alone. shows if the tech in coalswitch does prove to be superior to normal pellets although we know this already AGL hasnt ran a full power station test. it could be massive and could be implimented all over the world. asia, usa, asia pretty huge if the big players get behind the tech.
i dont think there will be news i think the sellers shares could be drying up. and if thats the case mm's should push us to where the next level of selling would be. which could be in the region of 10-15% on top of recent placee's at 45p so somewhere into the 50s, depending on their profit margins. then after that breather next move would be the same for the 60p placee's unless theyve averaged down since then but well into the 60s for some selling pressure again. i cant see any LTHs selling now. maybe some traders whos bought in at 40p but they should soon be gobbled up by the buyers.
dam missed the op to top up this afternoon as was busy. its pretty dam close on the reversal signals in my charts and big support at 40p. nice push tomorrow above 45p and hold should signal to a few others the reversal is in play. looking very good qnd a potential bottom has now been found (wont know until next few trading sessions)
just hope it isnt another failed attempt to breakout from 40-45p range. onwards and upwards i say. wouldnt that be a nice start to 2021 if she decides to move early
i have no clue whats going on and if its a true reflection onto uk market sp. i havent traded the germany marlets before looking at the below posts and looking into all markets AEG is traded on gives surprising results;
https://markets.ft.com/data/equities/tearsheet/summary?s=BZHA:FRA
BERLIN- up 125% finishing at EUR 0.09
FRANKFURT- up 480% at EUR 0.0348
MUNICH up 250% to EUR 0.04
GERMAN COMPOSITE up 127% to EUR 0.025
as you can see a wide range of figures and like i say no idea if this will reflect in our opening im just interested in the germany rise and if that will have an impact on AIM ap tomorrow.
god knows!
