Progress confirmation (or not) is due any day and the strategy for this years works I would suspect will follow.

Closed periods are 30 days within quarterly results or within 60 days of full year results. (Full year may also be 30 days under some circumstances).

An open market purchase of more than £5k of shares by a director would trigger a 30 day closed period.

Assuming he is invested, could just be a warped individual claiming to be invested whilst knocking a share.
