@cwebb - the "end of lockdown" sentiment is too strong here.

Correction in my haste - Pires was around 6.25p @ 31/12/20 - today stands at 14.9p

Coz Pires is expensive ....RGO was the cheapest route to access Pires at the time.

Why on earth did the RNS not mention or imply that NAV has taken a significant upturn since Pires Investment has gone up 300% SINCE Dec 31st ??????

Pires is probably the main reason why I am in RGO.

Time to load up guys.

Why the fall in SP? Does not appear to be a traders type of share....TU was very good.

Have a look at this mate - not a tax expert - did a module on this for my ACA exam 20 yrs +
Overall, I am quite cool about this - to me, and I could be wrong - it's all accountant techy stuff (hence why they pay their accountans $$$ for this).
To me, it's just simply a company law to ensure the company has "distributable reserves" to dish out a divie.

Don't want to end up charging you :)
So I would not worry too much about it. If there are accountants out there who would like to go into explicit details - most welcome to!
