I agree on your comments but 16p is a low price it must be worth 18p at least at present but let's see how the day plays out. Markets are a strange beast it could test 20p and fall back very quickly.

Unfortunately did not get to my prediction but next week will see this turn in the right direction.

This will move very fast once buying kicks in, I agree many watching and waiting but this can move so quickly you may lose out at this bargain price.
