Yes, so some of them sold SOLG stock they already owned (prior to being awarded options) to exercise their options. Having exercised and bought new SOLG stock, did they sell and take the profit (short term gain or tax exercise) or have they held their stock and refused the short term profit on offer

RR1 - that's very interesting and quite detailed. Anyone care to explain what it all means?! Have these individuals exercised their options and sold the stock they bought or have they exercised, bought SOLG stock and kept hold rather than sell their stock? I can't work it out

If BHP wants to be the operator at Cascabel then it needs to buy ENSA or certainly a majority stake and that means it must mean a liquidity event for SOLG shareholders and that means a cash sale and hopefully a dividend

SOLG might retain a free stake (royalty payments based on production, profits or cashflow parameters) in Cascabel but it ain't gonna be developing Cascabel.
