The inference is a dividend (cash payment) from the sale of ENSA to a buyer. It does make reference to 'earnings' (a book or non-cash figure) which are somewhat different from dividends from an accounting perspective

I believe Mather's set up SOLG in such a way (the 4 Ecuador registered companies) that allows the exploration and proving up of each companies assets under licence and their eventual sale to a major (BHP, Rio, ANTO, Vale etc etc )

I wonder if news-flow is coordinated with the options issue impact. Get the options nonsense of out of the way and then hit the market with a great RNS - we need the full demand effect on release of good news rather than it being diluted by options-holders-sellers

It's as though the Canadians fall out of bed and the price starts being 'played' with - the activity on the book this morning was flaccid and then when the afternoon comes around (the TSX opens) we become very active - obviously SOLG's Canadian based holders or Can. based traders
