I did think Gunner we start to weaken on fracking but when we see the LTG attacking Gunner and his government on the issue of allowing fracking then we know we're onto a winner! We expect LTG to use inflammatory and fear inciting language to stoke uncertainty but to attack the very people who can lift or impose the fracking ban does suggest that the LTG have lost not only battle but the entire war...bye bye LTG...onwards and upwards

INPEX is the key here and of course Jemena...LNG exports offer a higher margin for Beetaloo gas and would improve the economics at Beetaloo

Below is from Empire's Q-report. It seems they've been given approval for seismic studies so things moving and no messing around..moving in the right direction -

During the quarter, Empire’s Northern Territory team made material progress on planning for the EP187 2D seismic program. Almost all regulatory approvals have now been received and the seismic program is fully funded. The Company is currently on track to commence seismic acquisition in April / May at the beginning of the Dry Season.

Major operators in the Basin also remain on track for their 2019 fracked horizontal appraisal drilling programs with pre-drill preparations well advanced and drilling rigs being contracted.

2019 is shaping up to be an exciting year for Empire shareholders as we execute on our exploration work programs and major operators release appraisal drilling flow rates.'

At last someone's drawn attention to Kirby's appointment. I was intrigued by the silence from Origin, Santos, Falcon, Canavan, Frydenberg and Canberra at the appointment of Kirby.

It's very simple. Canberra needs to tell Gunner that if he starts to p-ss operators around then he'll be kicked in the arse, heavily

I initially thought his appintment was an act of provocation. it's what Labour tend to do ie act all infantile but now I think his presence is an attempt to unionise as much of the onshore gas industry as possible as the ETU have done on the coast...

Your gains are free of tax irrespective of how much profit you've made. My FOG stock is in my ISA and all gains are tax protected. And there's no legal requirement to declare your ISA investment in your tax return

Yes, new appointments to the board are always a good sign of positive developments to come. Empire is preparing to restart operations which may suggest they've some form of green-light from Gunner etc though not necessarily formal approval...it's a positive for fracking in the NT and a harbinger

It looks like I'll be opting for London South East (LSE) then. I considered Sharescope but at £115 pcm is far too expensive compared to £27 for LSE.

L2 is invaluable as an entry-exit timing tool though I'm not a trader and live prices are essential. 15mins delayed or intermittent streaming is prehistoric. This is 2019 not 1919

LSE is now far more reliable. A few months back the site would be crashing constantly but they appear to have sorted that admirably. I need reliability and consistency
