I look at the market cap. Look at the cash balance. Deduct cash from market-cap and you get the entire business for the balancing figure. I believe the risk is to the upside. I also believe they raised enough cash to execute on OEM and OEM contracts to be announced (that's speculation on my part). A customer wants to see financial stability in their suppliers and so due diligence is necessary. The recent placing cements customer confidence in SEE's financial position...

The proposed end date for the above CSIRO exercise is end-June so one would assume that before any drilling is sanctioned then this would happen following submission of data by the CSIRO to the NTG
